They updated the app and it still never syncs a book. Save your money, DO NOT BUY THIS PRODUCT

Can’t sync

Serious problems syncing. Have tried reaching out to the phone number and email address. No response.

The sync feature doesn’t work so it won’t play new books. Most expensive single book ever. Don’t waste money on this garbage.

Too many attempts

This is not out of the box ready to use. The instructions are not explicit and it leads to trial and error. Now one day into use the booklet does not charge!!!

Custom recordings do not sync

The app says that the custom recordings are synced with the book, but when you go to the book it says there are no custom recordings. Very frustrating
