Poorly written question, confusing videos.
The narrator speaks SLOWLY to the point of losing interest. Forced to create a answer matrix to find the correct answers to a quiz because the answer wasn’t apparent in the video. I want 2 hours of my life back.

Job training app
This is pretty good actually! No bugs, and the videos each have a handleful of points they are trying to get across to the user/employee.
Yes I’m annoyed that my company has chosen to give us ‘homework’ to do. And they are getting pretty frenzied with the material we are supposed to be watching. And I do really have a pretty full work week already. My job takes up all of my waking hours and sometimes infringes on my personal time too. Which of course I am using my down time to do these. So it’s eat, sleep, and breathe; my job. So I get that my co workers or co -users are annoyed. But this isn’t bad.
There’s no annoying music or repetitive droning on by a narrator.
Pretty effective.

Simple and easy-to-use
Love being able to complete training on my phone, especially since I always forget until it’s due. Reminder is texted to me and I can jump in pretty fast.
Waisting of time
This is a complete waist of time. My job is to transport goods. If I haven’t figured out how to do that by now safely then watching these videos will not help. You can tell that these videos are created for the sole reason for you to watch them sign off on them and then if anything happens the company can say well he or she watched the videos they knew not to do that. I get paid by the mile not by the video that I watch. Companies expect you to watch this on your 10 hour rest after you have been up for 12 hrs. Basically it’s an app that you need if you want to have a job that’s it.

What an absolute piece of garbage
The app crashes consistently, often fails to open quizzes after forcing you to sit through the same video multiple times.
Not good.
Long videos. Test and videos seems to repeat every month. These training video should be required for those who are doing the job, not everybody who works for the company. Half of these things don’t apply to me.
Love being able to train anywhere.
This app allows me to train from my phone and not have to be tied to a computer.

This app is one that allows me to do my trainings anywhere right from my phone, and because I spend most of my time on the road it makes it perfect!
Does the job
Updates have helped. App works well to get the training done. I sometimes forget to do my training until the last minute, so LOVE that I can do it on my phone on the fly.

App works so far but irritating time waster
I have not had a technical issue with the app but of course using it for job training, this is a very irritating app, get one seemingly unimportant question wrong, such as a statistic on how many people died in work zones ( I over estimated by the way, but nope not good enough), it will make you watch the video again with no option to fast forward through it, even though it told you the correct answer once you view the results. Some videos are time wasters as well that don’t make the info you need to know very clear anyway. I will immediately quit any other work force that uses this time wasting service.

Helped me obtain my job
Not good
Buggy.. reports that I answered true when I answered false (correctly). Fails me on some of the quizzes for RTI and repeats the error when I redo the section and retake the quiz.
Terrible app
Can not even log in for the first time, lost my driving job because of it!!
