iNSPIRE sport has helped me so much with my training! I understand nutrition, sleep, fatigue and different pains so much better, and my coach is instantly notified if I’m over fatigued, sick, or injured.
This app has definitely bridged the gap between my coach, my team and I to understand us all better and promote complete wellness!
