Infinite Christmas escape
I pulled up this game to try again,,,on level 12,,,needed 5 credits to skip,,watched 2 videos and only got credit for one video,,,now I can’t get the video to play,,,level 15 watched 3 videos and didn’t get credits for the second one,,,ripping players off???,,,now I remember why I deleted this game,,,level 15 there’s a key in the ornament w/blue diamonds,,,the key is stuck!!!,,level 18,,,the gifts refuse to go along the track,,I watched a video to get credits,,I have 4,,watched another video to get 3 more credits and got nothing,,,so all together I think I’m owed 12 credits because I did get them after watching all the videos and got nothing,,,I’m deleting this game now because trying to get a video is taking way too long,,,I have figured out some of the levels I don’t like doing the “puzzles” where there’s an empty spot,,they take forever,,level 15–have an ornament with 3 blue diamonds,,can’t open it,,can’t find anything to break it,,,there’s also a single blue diamond that does nothing,,all the hint is doing is circling around what the next clue is so I’ve wasted 6 credits..after reading my reviews from my last playing,,I thought I would try again,,my biggest problem is having the ads cut in while I’m playing,,it takes away from the timing of the level,,do the ads in between the levels not during !! Level #14..would like to skip the puzzle to make the Santa face,,I had 1 credit need 5,,watched a video got 3 credits watched another one and DID NOT receive the extra 3 credits,,!!! I thought for every video I watched I was getting 3 credits,,that’s not happening,,sometimes I have to watch 2 videos because the first one doesn’t get credits!!,,,level 47,,watched two videos and got credits for one,,now I have to wait “forever” to get the one credit I need to skip this step!!! It’s the next day for level 47..can’t get a video!!!!,,,it’s level 48 I want the credits for,,not 47,,it’s 1:30pm/9-20-2024,,,still waiting from last night to gain access to get credits to move into level 48!!!!!made it to level 51 and there are two areas that flicker..can’t get out of it,,,I’m baaack,,,11/22/2024…level 15 watched a video got 3 credits need 5,,watched another video got nothing !!!here we go again..getting screwed out of credits for watching required videos!!!,,it’s been a couple of hours and I’m still waiting to get my overdue credits,,I’m owed 3 from earlier and I know I won’t get them,,glad I don’t have to pay for it!!!

Frustrating
This game would be fun if it didn’t freeze in the middle of a level upload because of ads. The only way around is to delete the app and reload it again. By doing so, you lose all your coins and have to start again to level one. There should be a button to reset the level so it doesn’t freeze at, let’s say 73% for e.g., of loading with no way to go back to home or reset the loading.
