Connection Problems

Game seems fun, however, I can rarely connect to the game or it freezes on a loading screen, and judging from other reviews, this has been happening for about 9 months.

Its a shame

This game would be huge and it would be one of if not the best idle game.

Theres a random loading screen that comes up in menues and at random times it doesnt go away and if you reeboot the app it doesnt connect for a while. It doesnt even connect sometimes.

Its sad.

Ruined by loading

Enjoy the game, but constantly loading loops mean you have to keep closing and reopening to play, really frustrating.

Weird this game is like this when other games from this developer run so smooth

玩着玩着这游戏就给你来个loading。。。
我看这游戏公司也不是很注重并且也不是我一个人有这个问题。并不建议去让大家试。

Server not working, zero content updates

I have been playing for six months and the server lag issue has become worse and now I cannot even play the game. Also there are no more content updates so I guess the developers abandoned the game entirely

Banned for no reason

This game has great potential the player community is great but the devs are horrible. I was playing the game for a couple months and almost everyday there was problems with the servers where you can’t connect for hours to days on end, glitches in game all the time and no fixes. Oh and I can’t forget that you can and most likely will get banned for no reason, I was having problems with connection so I uninstalled the game then reinstalled it with that I get banned. Be carful with this game it’s fun but the devs don’t care.

Server issues

This game is decent. But the global 2 server issues are terrible. On a daily basis I have issues. If the game connects to a server, and I’m actually able to play the game, it has a high chance to get stuck on a loading screen. Then I have to close and re-open the game and hope I can complete the action. Also it’s hard to increase skills and skins, acquisition odds are terrible for higher tiers (and that’s not just limited to skins and skills).

Random Account Suspension

Sunk a ton of hours into this game just ti have my account deleted for suspicious activity with no way to recover. None was had. Was really enjoying this game but thats not acceptable.

Horrible game be warned you can get banned for no reason

Purchased the no ad pack and a few more packs and one day my account is permanently banned. You can somehow get banned for “abnormal gameplay” , which they won’t define behind a “security for our process” wall to not explain how you were banned or why. I left the game in sleep mode overnight a few times that’s the only thing I could think of. But they keep telling me they will not reactivate my account which I grinded for over a month, but now this has ruined my chance to start over and try again. The no ads purchase also only applies to the single account so any new account is not applied. Terrible customer support.

Great game but…

I love the game… it absolutely delivers on everything it says it is. However, it made me update today, and since the update, my character has not been progressing, chat no longer works, and I cannot collect my quest rewards on the right of the screen. Please fix this ASAP because as of right now it is broken and not worth playing.

Phone getting hot

I have an iPhone 14 Pro Max, and when playing this game for a few minutes, my phone gets very hot. When I tried to play on my MacBook, I noticed it also got hot fast and was using a lot of CPU. I asked in-game, and other users also experienced this, even when removing DMG and reducing FPS.

I like the graphics, but it’s just stage clearing in different maps. A bunch of different mode of maps.

this game is ok dose get abit boring after a while
i think its pay to win game. you have to be VIP to get thease M tokens to spend on the legendary cloths box.. that give you huge stat boosts….
its ok to pass the time but defo dont waste ya money on this
