Infinite horror:escape game

On level 47 I placed ALL the colored dots in their respective spots and nothing happened,,I wasted 3 credits to see the hint,,so now every time I go out of that particular puzzle, I have to start over!!! I should be credited 8 credits now because I had ALL the dots right and it wasn’t accepted so I used another 5 credits to SKIP the puzzle!!!,,now I can’t get the one credit I need to get into level 48,,,this is SO not right!!
