Newer Update
Before this new update gems would be available through the entire board and would not require ads to get them. This made getting hardcore mode, skins, and boosters easier. Now it just feels like the game has tripled the amount of ads you have to watch because of the ads for gems, random ad breaks, and now even ads to repair your board. I honestly would pay to have the ad free version, but seeing another comment about how you still need ads to get gems makes me not want to. The game is still one of my favorite to play I just see myself using it less now.

Was great until the most recent update
Most recent update ruined the game. Clearing hard tiles are now locked behind ads, and function to “solve neighboring sectors” to reopen bombed tiles isn’t functioning properly.

Good game but updates not so great
There is a feature where you can unlock a sector by surrounding it with solved sectors - this is currently broken and only works around 50% of the time - instead you either watch an ad or pay gems
Additionally, you used to be able to unlock random gems around the map - these are now found by unlocking sectors by playing a video.
I get that you need to make revenue, but paying to remove ads and then being forced to watch them for either of these features feels disingenuous

New ads
Now instead of earning gems while you play, you have to complete a special gem sector and watch an ad. I don’t want to watch an ad for gems and now I can’t complete the sectors I messed up in because the only way to earn gems is to watch an ad
Ad Issues
I loved this game for a long time, and the updates that have been rolling out are really fun. Achievements were cool, and loved the visual changes. However, in this most recent update, everything changed. I had never really minded the ads. The ad breaks were annoying, but it was a free game so I didn’t really care. The ads at the bottom of the screen barely ever bothered me, unless I got the annoying one that flashed. But, in this recent update, the gem safes you can occasionally open became not only ad locked, but annoying in every other way. Whether you complete it or not, it will give you this annoying gem sensor on the side of your screen telling you where the nearest one is, even if you complete it and just haven’t watched the useless ad that gives you like 10 gems. So I have a million gem popups, and they show up as ugly gem icons on my map when I zoom out too. I don’t want to complete these things anymore. They were kind of fun when they just gave you a few gems. Now they make the game unplayable. Way too much on the screen and just greedy with the ads.

Bugged
Player creation rejects all names even gibberish. But if you skip it and try in prolific after it says those names are valid but you need to spend money to buy gems to create a name
Hate the new update!
I don’t want to have to watch an ad to get gems. It’s the random interruptions, then the need to use ads to clear mistakes, then ads just to get gems?! It’s game-ruining levels at this point.

I hate the new update where you can only get gems in Infinite mode by completing hard sections. I miss the random gems throughout the individual squares.
Sell Outs
My favorite minesweeper game has officially sold out to the ads. There was a line that has been crossed and it’s hard for me to want to play this game anymore.
Being able to collect the gems throughout the map to be able to unlock a failed section was the last good thing it had going for it, as it incentivized continuous play. Now any and all gems are gated behind an incredibly long ad, or you pay with real money. It’s ridiculous that a minesweeper app had to do this to its users. Very frustrated and will be looking for new minesweeper apps to play.

New update removed gems
This new update removed the normal gem spawning and instead created more gem vault squares. These squares require you to watch an ad to claim. I find it frustrating that my ad free purchase can’t void this.
In game purchase
Maybe add an in game purchase to disable ads? I like the game enough to pay for it instead of watching ads
Ads for Gems
I’ve enjoyed the game for a while. It’s been my comfort game. I’m very disappointed to see the removal of the gems all over the board and now you have to watch ads to get gems. I’ve already watched countless amounts of ads during ad breaks, now I have to watch them to get gems too? Please consider switching back to the old style. It makes the game borderline unplayable at this point.

I love the app but why ads for the diamond vault sections now? And the pop up’s are all over the screen now and it’s very distracting. I don’t mind watching the ads to clear the mistakes but this new update adding extra ads is annoying…

Disappointing update
I’ve been really enjoying this game and was happy to pay for the ad-free version, but the latest update now requires an ad watch to open gem vaults, which wasn’t the case before. Not cool!
ちょっと操作しにくい
マインスイーパー好きだったからゲーム自体は面白いけど、旗を立てる操作が長押しって言うのがちょっとやりにくいです。
電車乗ってる時とか長押ししてるつもりが揺れるせいでドラッグになって旗がなかなか立てられなかったり、長押しするつもりが途中で指が離れてタップ判定になって爆弾を開けてしまったり誤操作がよくあります。
長押しだけじゃなくて、切り替えボタンで切り替えとか選べたら良いのに、と思います。

Addictive, Possible Bug
Love this game, been playing for a few months, have over 192k flags planted, but all of a sudden there’s no gems on the board and I can’t unlock reward sectors? Tried updating the app and my OS, didn’t fix it

Updates made it dookie
You used to be able to use reveal tile and clear sector items on any space regardless of if it’s close to your unlocked area or not. Now you can’t. There didn’t use to be ‘ad breaks’ now there are. Special sectors just got updated to be behind an ad wall. Pointless.
