A lot of love has gone into this app. It’s been a great comfort to me. The latest updates are flat out generous in the options and stacking it allows.
Broken app
I’ve used this app for years but this most recent update has made it so that I can’t even open/launch the app.

I’ve been using this to get to sleep for years. Vastly superior to all other rain sounds I’ve ever tried. One time I thought the app didn’t exist anymore and I have genuinely never felt such panic
Totally ruined!
Been using this app for years , loved it . Newest update took away the ability to play through HomePod speakers. Now you are stuck listening to the iPad speakers….awful for sleeping. This is not an improvement, this is a loss of features and a definite downgrade for users. Do better. 0 stars but had to pick 1 to post

I’ve liked this app for several years, and bought the (extremely affordable) full version almost immediately. To be completely honest, however, I didn’t really ‘get’ the visual/graphic choices, and usually just blacked out my screen right away. Tonight was such a sweet surprise. I love it. All of it. Even, or maybe especially, the sweet sleeping fox you’ve chosen as your mascot. I think I knew you’d do this at some point, and am really pleased and impressed. Time for bed.. shh.. 💤

New update is TERRIBLE
I love this app and have been using it since it came out, but this most recent update is horrible. It got rid of all the extra sounds and cleared all my presets I had, presets I depended on for sleep nightly, and got rid of all the premium sounds I paid money into the app for. A huge disappointment, it’s so upsetting, I relied on this app nightly for sleep and now I’ll have to find another one.

Love this app. I have ASD x ADHDI and needed an app that can play background noises whilst I’m listening to my audiobooks and YouTube. This is perfect. I do wish it had a volume button but I don’t know if they could make it so that it worked independently of the phones master volume. Anyway best sound app I’ve ever used.

I love that it can overlay over the iPads sound! Finally an app that lets you do that! Could it be possible to add a function to add sounds from your own library? That would be amazing!

Just wanna say thank you, no more sleepless nights, anxiety free. the customisation you can do is almost unlimited from rain to thunderstorms, fans, being inside and airplanes , oceans, birds, white noise just to name a couple. you can have them all playing at once and make up a sound you like and save it also control the volumes on each sound!!!

Has been helping me sleep for nearly 2 whole years
Pay the yearly subscription, make your own presets and the best part is that this app allows you to have music, videos all playing — and the rain sounds will continue in the background.
I owe this app so much - thank you developers for allowing me comfort, and less anxiety.

This all is literally everything to me and it makes me fall asleep in literally less than five minutes it’s so effective and it’s free! It’s such a good choice when looking for rain apps and I HIGHLY recommend! 💗

First, to anyone complaining about what you can’t do in the free version: C’mon. It’s $3.49 per YEAR to remove this lone developer’s paywall, and then you can do all of the things you’re whining about no longer being able to do in the updated free version. We all need to pull some sort of income in order to survive in this world. A developer is essentially an artist and a small business. It’s a maximum of $6 to support this artist’s small business.
You know, it’s interesting. The people who complain the loudest about not wanting to help those struggling in fringes are the very same people who somehow believe that they, themselves, should get everything for free.
There’s an app in the store that offers much, much less in their free* version, and their annual price is $249. The missing decimal point isn’t a typo. That’s two hundred forty nine dollars, annually. So more than once. For an app. An app that, in spite of its super high-tech, uber-complicated/impressively-impressive description, isn’t capable of anything more than playing sounds out of the single speaker located on the bottom of our phones. An app cannot magically✨ perform tasks requiring anything beyond the capabilities of the device that houses it.
Anyhow, all-of-the-above certainly does put this developer’s request for either $3.49 per year, or a one-time payment of $5.99 into a pretty reasonable perspective, no? Embarrassed yet? 😳
I did the free trial to access the whole thing, and see if I like it enough to keep it. I’m loving it. A person could get lost in here for a good hour or more just layering and saving sounds. This app has all someone looking for sounds, soothing or otherwise, could ever need. The sounds are high-quality, and there are a ton of them.
I’ll say without hesitation that this app, with its humble price, is probably the best sound app I’ve ever used. It’s a beautiful, thoughtful app that someone clearly put their heart into creating. It’s something to be proud of. Anyone who really does feel that they need more than this has to offer them, might need to consider that they are most likely just impossible to please.

The updated version is worse
I updated the app to the latest version and it is worse than the old version. The old version allows you to download 4 free extra sounds as a free user which you could delete a sound to download another. But the new version doesn't let you download any sounds or delete existing sounds. Also, the UI is more complicated and it has unnecessary animations which drains the battery and there's no way to disable it. If I can't use the app as a free user then I guess I may have to delete it and use a different one.

Tranquility at its finest
Good app, I use it every night, but...
Developer recently changed the UI. It's very counter intuitive, with important tools (like changing volumes of individual sounds and finding your own presets) buried deep in the menus. Still functional, just frustrating.
This is a great app
I love this app but every time you update it it wants me to buy it .. which I have done 3 times now and every time I buy the one time payments…. So why do I have keep pay it every time you update ? .. I really need this app but I am sick of pay for it
