It’s back

Still fun. But it’s super laggy!

Pay to win

Bought the game. Frustrating mechanic that returns to start if you get killed. Gets too frustrating too soon and pay to win choice by developer will hold game back

Fun, but major flaws

First off, this is a fun puzzle game in the vein of the GO series of games (Hitman GO, Lara Croft GO, and Deus Ex GO). I recommend that much.

But there are some pretty major issues...

There is no way to reset your progress without erasing your purchases too! I paid to unlock the full game, and made a lot of progress, but after dying I had to keep playing from that point yet without any of the upgrades I had earned, which made further progress practically impossible. I wanted to go back to day one, and it warned me that it would erase my revives and refills (which was fine, as I had used them all), but didn’t tell me it would get rid of my purchase too! There’s not even a “restore purchases” button.

I wanted to contact the developer about this, but their website has disappeared.

If you play this game, I’d recommend not putting any money into it!

Nice game

Nice game.
Not much new after lvl 15, though (24 opponents is max).
Yet there’s a bug: when you click “view ad” on the ad-or-buy-full version-screen, you make a move on the underlying (but invisible) game field. Perhaps all together, that was the most difficult part of the game: clicking the yellow ad-button without getting killed.

Fun mechanics but keeps breaking

I enjoy this game a lot but have had it break on me twice, failing to load the level after returning to the campaign. It basically gets to the map then goes blank forever. I fixed it by resetting the game which lost my progress but it happened again. Really disappointing because the mechanics are enjoyable, if a little simplistic.

Amazing game but bug ruins it completely

Super fun game and would rate 5 stars, but downloading it in June 2020, they have bugs and haven’t updated in over a year. Don’t buy until they have a new update.

Forces me to choose revive instead up give up so I have to close out of the app and then reopen.

Just DELETED

It is a fun concept, but thirst of money kills games. Maybe I did not understand the dynamic of infinite, or keep trying when you die.
For me it’s okay to watch adds for a good game, to support in any way I can, and if I really like the game, buy it.
But in this case I was very disappointed with the game after learning that you loose all your upgrades when you die. It makes it pointless to develop your character, if it disappears (when you die) if you don’t pay.
I hate pay to win games.
Then it doesn’t make sense to get upgrades, but always refill your abilities. Maybe that is the way it was intended to be, but it creates a very frustrating gaming experience.
If you the money, it is still a fun game! 4 stars

Meh. Irritating pay2play

The “unlock the whole game for $1.99” is a straight up lie. This game is tuned so you have to spend money. Gfy

Really great game except for a bug

I love this game, but for some reason every time I go to play it, it shows me what day and how many players have reached that point but everything else is black and it won’t let me play. And I really want to play.

Bought the game but need help

Love the idea so far but there seems to be a glitch. When you end up directly next to an enemy you can move your piece to to kill them, even if nothing else is around.

It’s like you need an empty space to move but that doesn’t make sense as a rule.
Helppppp

Fun game that requires strategic thinking

Infinite West is a very clever use of chess-like strategy in an Old West theme. Your lone gunfighter faces am increasing number of enemies on each level. There are different types of enemies, each of which can only attack in certain ways (like chess pieces can only move in certain ways), such as straight horizontally or vertically, or diagonally, or to any adjacent space, etc. Your goal is to use your various moves and upgrades to defeat them so that you can move on to the next level. (Yes, you can get to the exit point and go to the next level without killing all of the enemies, but that's not the point of the game.)

I played and was entertained for several hours before i decided that I'd beaten the game because i had collected all of the upgrades and could win each new level. In other words, i got to a point where the game wasn't getting any harder. That's the only reason that i gave it 4 stars instead of 5: the computerized opponent that controls the enemy pieces isn't super clever.

I did not encounter any major bugs. Very occasionally, the "watch video" button (I was playing the free version) did not work so i had to hard exit the app, but everything worked fine when i restarted it and it had not lost my place.

Fun game but buggy

Keeps hanging in both game modes. Developers are you still paying attention??

The goal of the game

The goal of the game should be to kill everyone rather than escape as it’s too easy to just jump to the exit

Was fun

I bought the game and made it to day 11 and then lost all my upgrades. Now I can’t get any further because without upgrades it’s impossible. So I reset to day 1 and I need to pay for the game a second time to have the full game. No thanks

Game locks up on “Day 1” screen

Haven’t been able to play it long enough for a review, good or bad because I can’t play it. $1.99 went pretty far.

In-app purchases done wrong

I looked at the store page and saw only a single in-app purchase to unlock the full game listed. I am happy to support games that do that. But it’s a lie. There are many, many repeated in-app purchases for extra lives and upgrades. Without these, it is difficult to progress. The app store’s layout must have changed, seeing all of the in-app purchases is now hidden in a later section. Apple and this developer have both fallen down in this instance. There is even a point at which you are given two options, “Give Up” or “Buy a Revive” and GIve Up doesn’t even work! Nothing happens when you click it. You are forced to either spend actual money, or force kill the app.

It’s too bad because this is almost an amazing game, ruined by greed. Don’t spend money on this game. Vote with your dollars and support developers who sell you great games at fair prices.

Fun but seems a bit like a money grab

I like to play this game and I understand that developers need to eat but so many features make it seem a bit pay to win

Брак

Купил игру, зависает на втором дне и не грузится дальше.

????

Не понятен принцип как играть, когда можно перескочить а когда нельзя, когда можно стрельнуть по диагонали, а когда нельзя.... в общем фтопку

Game is good until

I had purchased the full game and thought hey old west style chess cool Right? Not! When you get to the third day it has a bunch of issues with level loading and if you die on day 3 you will be forced to close out of the app to start back we’re you left off if even that. I was very unhappy with this and likely will be requesting a full refund.
