Virtual Key Service Ending
I received a letter from Infiniti indicating that virtual key service would be ending for my 2022 QX50 on 12/31/35.
It works
It works but Bluetooth reach is limited… Takes time to connect. But you do get to leave keys at home and it works with Apple Watch, that’s a plus!

Hi Vic, Thanks for your feedback, we are aware that in some cases, it takes more time that required and are currently working on improving this.
Not as advertised & expensive
The dealership and Infiniti sold this to me as I could lock, unlock or start the car from anywhere in the world. Total lie. You have to be within 10-15 feet (closer than the key FOB) to “connect” with the vehicle. For $900, definitely not worth it.
