My Go To List Maker

I use this app daily to track my projects, inventory my books, my garage, my product, ideas, shows to watch, shopping list, daily to-dos, you name it.

Best App-Highly Recommend

Best "list" app ever made!
I've been using this app for nearly 10 years, and it has been an absolute lifesaver. I use it to organize just about everything: grocery lists, pantry and office inventory, outstanding orders, passwords, serial numbers, and computer equipment for both my home and office.
I even use it to track statistics for the healthcare, OB/GYN, and birth procedures I've performed. It helps me manage my hospital rounds, and when I return to the office, I use it to complete my hospital billing. The possibilities are endless.
One of the things I appreciate most is the outstanding customer support. Every time I've contacted tech support, I've received a prompt response along with a solution that resolved my issue.
As long as the developers continue to maintain and improve this app, I'll continue using it every day. Thanks for creating such a fantastic app!

Lifesaver

This is one of the best Apps I have on my phone! I use it almost daily. It helps me keep my life in order. From To Do List, Grocery List, Christmas List, Things to Remember, etc. My life revolves around list. I also love the lock feature for some of my important list of passwords, etc. so that only I have access. You can also move things around and check off list as you need. I recently had an issue and reached out to the developer who responded in a timely manner and then notified me when the issue was resolved. Great communication!! Definitely recommend this app to everyone.

Great app for lists

Been using it for years

Best list app

I’ve used this list app for many many years. It’s by far the best one out there.

So Helpful

I have been using this app for years and it helps me keep track of everything!!! I love that I can customize it my way. Love the new features.

Too Expensive

I have been looking for a list app for months to help track some of my collections. This app was perfect. Except for the 75 item limit. If you want more than 75 items, you pay. $15, maybe $20 I’d consider. But $70 to write lists? That is ridiculously expensive.

Great app

Not a fancy list user, so can not speak for the advanced and esoteric stuff but this app does the work for me!

Good Ap

Nothing sexy but does what it says it will. I keep tons of lists organized and easily accessible on this ap.

Great app

Great app!

A definite must have app

I really like this app, but am finding it somewhat difficult to get it to do what I want it to do. It has the capability of getting many details, but isn't quite as user friendly as I would like. I will continue to use and work through the delays.

I am updating my review. I was having issues upgrading my device. It was Apple‘s issues and because of that I wasn’t upgrading my apps. Long story short, the developer was very responsive in getting back to me quickly to find a resolution and get my lists back up and running! This app can do so much more that make grocery lists! Thank you!

Pay

I really truly dont like that switching to a pay structure. I had lots of info stored . Thank you Develpers for your explanation.

Disappointed. Will not renew

I paid for this app based on the promise that the developer does not collect any personal information. Only too late did I learn that it reaches out behind the scenes to Firebase servers, owned by Google, and I don’t hear Google making any such promises. Sadly, I have stopped using the app and will not renew.

Aside from that, it’s a highly capable and almost infinitely customizable app. All that potential comes with a steep learning curve that is made more difficult by a non-intuitive interface. It’s really more a database app than a simple list maker. That could be great for those who like to tinker and don’t care about privacy. I’m not that person. I’m going back to using simple checklists in Apple Notes.

I think that if a developer is going to appeal to privacy-minded customers by claiming they don’t collect personal data it would be a lot more forthright of them to let us know up front that they entrust our data to a company not as scrupulous about privacy. I’m very disappointed.

UPDATE: The dev reacted to the above by claiming the app uses only Firebase Crashlytics. Since then the app has also contacted Firebaselogging (according to The App Nefwork Activity page in Settings). Who wants Google logging every time and place they use the app? And whatever else Google makes note of in the process? I downgraded my rating another star because I don’t trust this developer.

Great App

One day I lost all my information that was listed on this list due to a change that they made earlier in 2025. The guy that actually created this app corrected it & fixed it immediately and sent me steps to make sure this doesn’t happen again. I have never had such great customer service thank you and keep us going! For the folks that wrote 1* review….. REALLY?

Stay Away

Purchased this app some time ago and now they limit items to the list (75). If they want to change the rules after a purchase then publish a new app. Thank goodness Apple Notes can now accomplish the same function.

Create Your List Database From Scratch

If you are someone who likes to arrange things and order things the way you want them arranged and organized, then this is the app for you. This has become a very important app for me at my job. It can be synced to all of your devices with a yearly subscription that is well worth it if that's something you need. I like software that can give you flexibility but can also keep everything uniform and focused. Great app for productivity!

Mr.

I’m glad it still works with my original files. So far it has been great. I hope I don’t have a lot of reading in order to add files again. Thanks for your concerns for us.

Response from developer

The app does not share any private user data with Firebase or Google. I'm not sure what you saw that made you think it does? It only utilizes Firebase for Crashlytics, which is a utility service for reporting crashes. This service only reports the line of code the app crashed on, in case the app crashes. No user data is sent to Firebase or Google, in these cases. Crashlytics is the standard crash monitoring service that most iOS apps use, and does not require any personal data to be shared. I hope that eases your concerns. If not, please email us at support@infinitylists.app.

Great App!

I like that you can pick and choose items from one list and copy them to another list. Great for grocery lists, which is what I was looking when I originally found this app.
Nw I keep track of Christmas gifts, bday presents, little token giveaways. Some says they want some for Christmas, but it’s June. I can just put it on my Christmas list as a reminder.
I am always finding new ways to use this app!
