Terrible customer service

This seller never gets back to anyone. He’s left me on read for a while with no acknowledgement. Do yourself a favour and to to Etsy for the same items as listed on this app but for better prices.

Worst customer service. Product is junk from china. You can get the same product on Amazon for half the price and better quality. Worst business ever!!! Taking 2 months to get a refund. And they are dragging their feet and playing games to not accept a return. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY!!! It’s a lie that it’s a veteran business. Not even American!!

Poor quality and no customer service

Purchased the Titanium band and the buckle loose after few months, try to send many emails asking for warranty / replacement but totally ignoring my emails or text.

Disappointed

My order was dropped shipped from Ali baba at twice the price and I'm still waiting for my order I placed on January 21st. If you're going to charge twice the price at least warehouse the products here in the good ol USA.
