Faulty app
Tried to cancel the subscription and it keeps taking you back to login page. Won’t let you cancel. Also you enter in all your details and dietary information and the app is generic and doesn’t save any of that information. There is no confirmation of receipt or email confirmation either. This app was useless and when I tried to cancel I have been unable to. My card has been charged numerous times and I can’t get resolution to the problem. It seems there is no one to contact!! Don’t download!! Had to give one star but it shouldn’t get any!

It’s not a normal application basically it’s a fraud. You will be surprised how silly the application comparing to the expectations that the app. There is no refund plan they will say within 14 days and if you want you need to convince them with an email why you want the refund.

Would not recommend even a week’s plan!!!!
I opted for a week’s plan and then automatically money got deducted from my account, £31. I have been contacting them since but they are not at all helpful. The lady named, Jennifer Olejarz, has been denying me any refund and asking me for photographs and proofs if I have used the application, when I have told her so many times that I m not the kind of person to be taking pictures. I feel like I have been scammed. Why would they deduct the payment on their own, when i consented for just a week’s plan??

This app is absolutely a scam, I m a vegetarian and lactose intorant but no meals take care of my preference. They even informed they have 30 days refund policy. Refund my money

This is a scam app. They will not send you a personalised plan and will auto bill you subsequently even if you have only requested only for 1 week trial. There is no way to cancel your subscription through their app or Apple wallet. You can only cancel the subscription by cancelling your bank card because of scammers like them. Beware!

The app and website are impossible to use for actual account management. So, when I wanted to cancel my subscription, I had to contact customer service by email. I was told a year ago that my subscription was cancelled. Yet, I have been charged 3 times since then! I have sent multiple emails and I just keep getting met with the refund policy—even though they told me I already cancelled!! And when you click the delete account button, it just logs you out of the app, it doesn’t delete. Very frustrating. Don’t waste your time and money.

It did not work
Only meal plan and they charge your 15 usd and 39.99 on the following month without subscription with apple. You cannot cancel by yourself and they ask you to contact them by e-mail.

I can’t even get into this app - it says ‘no user whit these credentials’ (spelt wrongly) so I’ve never even used it and I’m continues to charge me £30 each month. Please refund my money for an app I can’t even get into and cancel my subscription.
