Inflatable Daily Check helps bounce house and inflatable rental operators complete and keep a pre-opening inspection for every setup, every day. Before opening a unit to the public, the operator works through that device's own checklist — anchors and stakes, blower and power, seams and tears, entrance, surrounding hazards, weather — right at the site. Instead of a stack of paper forms in a truck, each day's check becomes one signed, frozen PDF per site. HOW IT WORKS Pick today's setup from the Today screen, which also surfaces any defect carried over as still open. Run the device's checklist item by item, attach a photo to any item that needs one, and record the operator's own decision — including whether the unit is removed from service. Sign, and the sheet is frozen: the wording, answers, photos, decision and signature at that moment are locked in and a later edit to the checklist template can never change a sheet that was already signed. ONE DEVICE, MANY VENUES Devices carry their manufacturer, model, serial number and checklist version. A Setup record ties a device to a site and a date, so one venue can host several devices in a day and one device can travel between venues over a season — with a full, dated history for each. WIND AND WEATHER, AS ENTERED BY YOU The app records wind speed, gusts, how it was measured, the manufacturer's stated limit, and the operator's own go/no-go decision — printed on the PDF exactly as entered. Inflatable Daily Check does not look up a wind limit, does not perform a calculation, and does not make the call for you. A PRE-OPENING PDF, NOT A DEFECT BOARD Each frozen sheet exports as a US Letter "Pre-Opening Inspection Record" — device and serial, checklist version, per-item results, defect photos, the operator's decision, and a signature — with a footer stating the record is user-entered and is not a certification. History is a flat, searchable list of these sheets, not an ongoing repair-tracking board. WHAT THIS APP DOES NOT DO Inflatable Daily Check does not publish or apply any state's specific inspection regulation, and it makes no claim of regulatory compliance. It does not evaluate wind conditions or issue a go/no-go call — every decision on the sheet is the operator's own, entered by hand. TRIAL AND UNLOCK The app is free to download, and every feature is available for a 7-day (168-hour) trial starting at first launch. After the trial, creating a new inspection is locked while your existing sheets remain viewable and exportable as PDF. The paywall — showing the price and a Restore Purchases button — is reachable at any time from Settings, during or after the trial. Purchasing the one-time, non-consumable in-app purchase unlocks the app permanently. PRIVATE BY DESIGN No account is required. Inflatable Daily Check works fully offline: devices, checklists, setups, inspections, photos and signatures stay on your device and are never sent to a server. Settings includes a backup feature that exports all records and photos as a single ZIP file — please keep a copy somewhere safe in case you change devices. Inflatable Daily Check is a record-keeping tool for the daily pre-opening check your crew already runs — it documents the decision your operator makes, it does not make that decision for you.
