Enlarged numbers
This app used to work just fine, but they’ve enlarged the time numbers making it impossible to read the results.
Times are incorrect
When calculating crew rest, my phone is changed to the local time of our destination, however the app shows the local time of our origin. Very confusing.

Sad… used this app once a week, can’t reach anyone for help… the app quit showing start times for breaks…

Glitchy and not user friendly
While the app does give me the length of each break, for some reason it won’t give me the start and end times. Also, every time I enter the required information, the header of the crew rest results page tells me that my inputted times are incorrect. I’ve had co-workers check my work and still get the same results.

Not for iPhone
On an iPad, it shows the start and end times of breaks/service and works great; on the iPhone, it does not. It only shows the first 2 numbers and an ellipse, “10…” You still need to dig out galley paper with a blank back to write it all down.
Don’t fix something’s that no broken!
Today’s date is wrong, and app keeps coming up with incorrect rest periods. The old app was much more user friendly… this ones not even useable right now! So annoyed I did the update!
Keeps Crashing
Just updated to latest with latest iOS and app keeps crashing before I can even input all the needed info for our breaks. Kinda useless.
Need to connect to internet
What is the point of changing a perfectly good crew rest app that now needs one to connect to the internet. The whole idea of the rest app is to use when airborne. Great if u have

Updated app doesn’t work
Totally glitchy. Old app was fine all I keep getting now are error messages about landing times not being input. Will delete and try another app I’m afraid
It used to be a very great app
The new updated version is not very user friendly and has glitches when attempting to set up crew breaks. Please bring back the old version of this app, it was very convenient and user friendly.
Never works
I input all the information and then it always says the landing time is wrong and needs to be updated and then kicks me out and forces me to do it all over. This whole rebuild was a disaster. It used to be so easy to use. Very disappointed.
Why won’t it work offline
It’s silly to think a crewmember will always have access to an internet connection allowing them to sign in every time you launch the app. I don’t even think a sign in is necessary as it is a simple calculation app.
This was good until it was tuned into an inflight app
But now it is worthless. It changes times, it does not take certain times when it crosses from one day into another, in other words its now a piece of garbage and I am deleting.

Latest update requires login. What a surpise during flight without internet connection..
Why mess with a good thing?!
I used to love this app. But with the revamp it is not nearly as user friendly. Now unable to save frequently used destinations and must manually enter settings that previously had automatic presets. I imagine I will get used to the changes. But “if it ain’t broke … why fix a good thing?” !!
Updated app is a backward step
I have just updated to this new app today and it is a very backward step. You used to be able to have a favourite airport list, now you have to search the airport every time. Landing service used to be in hours and minutes, now it is only in minutes. I will be looking for a new app to use as this one has taken a backward step.

Great app could be perfect
Would give fiver stars if the ability to put in a time for a mid-service were added. Also increments of 5 minutes would help with the landing service calculations.
