The game developers only care about their wallet and didnt care about players at all.
I overall loved this game. Very beautiful outfits and interesting event. But too many events at the same time and you have to spend money for sure to get for almost all the outfits. You need to spend so much real money and gems. I did invested so much already and I notice the game is not healthy at this rate. Most players are leaving and it gets boring. I cannot keep up spending too. Now i see all the reviews and this is exactly what happened in the game. Players are exhausted. All the events are about spending money. I feedback about this and they dont care at all. I wonder how many players still left. No one will keep playing this. I can be a long term players. I already spend like $700/800 already. i cannot stop for a moment. Event after event and all are needed to spend. The game becomes a torture for me. Not a relax and fun place to play after work. Sighhh what a waste of the great game.
Update: They have the worst game customer support team. They cannot handle well. Once they even replied wrongly. Now i simpley ask a wuestion will they announce for my server if they start cross server function and they ask me screenshot. For what??

Pay to win
This game screams money money money . Definitely going to have to pay to win . At the last minute of a challenge, it takes longer to win unless you pay for more energy
Great game…but
I like this game. I have been playing for maybe a year or so now. One thing that bothers me about this game is it seems like the same people are always at the top of rankings and rewards. I understand every game has that but it seems like this game is meant for people that have too much time on their hands because it is always the same people at the top. I know you have to spend something on a game to have a chance to compete but sometimes its not even worth it because you know the same ones at the top will just spend even more. Its like no getting around it. We just need room for others if that makes sense.

Love it but there’s issues
I love playing this game. My BIGGEST issue is that there is no way to win the pretty dresses or even the awesome props unless you spend $200 on this game. I’ve even tried spending money on the game, plus popping in every couple of hours so I can win the full outfit and I NEVER get there. It’s incredibly frustrating. Either the time period for players to win the full set isn’t long enough or these people want you to be spending $200 every week. (What I’m referring to is their mini games where you can win 6 star items/ 5 star items)
Anyway, it would be nice if you guys could do something about that either by making the win period longer or not charging people $200 to win an ONLINE dress. 😒

I would want the events to last long instead of short because i’m trying to get the whole outfit but it’s impossible
Predatory pay to play mechanics.
If you plan on downloading this game and you actually want to play please be aware you will be spending $50 if not more per outfit/event. This game advertises fair play but that is further from the truth. The game itself is free but if you want to compete in this game you’re going to have to spend good $$$. There are constant glitches and bugs that get ignored. They do not care about us or our suggestions. I’m honestly surprised the FTC hasn’t looked into this game. They mislead you or change the rules on you. They constantly switch up on you and give you attitude when you’re upset about something they did. Mind you, I’ve only been playing for three months. I can’t imagine how the older players feel like.

Almost 95% of ideas are copied from Time Princess, somehow as boring as that. Nothing new for someone who wants a new experience. And beware you’re not gonna chill and game until you spend real money, and when you spend real money, they release another event so fast so that you have to spend again. Actually you never enjoy anything. To the dear developers: if you’re not innovative enough, or don’t actually know how to make money from game development, maybe you should not build a game and look for another job?!

charged for items not received
Be very wary of spending money on this game!! I downloaded this game looking for something to chill out with and check in periodically throughout the day. I bought the year pass and a few other passes because I love supporting games I know I'll be sticking with long-term. I even made it to #2 on my server.
But my payment failed when trying to buy the diamonds rewards pack (where you get like 11,000+ diamonds as you clear stages and reach certain ranks.) I wasn't sure if it was Apple, my card, or the game itself.
I closed out of the game to restart it and suddenly my payment went through. I checked the game and sure enough, the pass wasn't unlocked. I got a refund and while I wasn't blocked from accessing the game, I could no longer make purchases or watch ads for bonus rewards.
Because of this, I wasn't able to get an event item I'd been saving up for because I couldn't make a purchase and I wouldn't be able to get the fashion pass for the new season unless I paid them back for items that were never even delivered. I contacted customer support, but I read through other users' experiences and saw this isn't even a new issue. I decided it wasn't worth it and uninstalled.
I guess it's for the best and my wallet will be happy. Events were happening too fast back to back and they're unable to complete without spending real money. All good outfits are paywalled, too. While I'm sad because I did enjoy the (somewhat generic) story, I just can't support this company. Seriously, learn to treat your players better.

I’ve figured out how it works, drama business and fashion (including duel stats) until you get an a lister then focus on individual stats people!
Money Hunger Developers
There have been plenty of challenges that players can participate in but cannot win the prizes without spending money. However, recently, players cannot even participate in important events unless they spend $15. Very disappointed that this game has became THAT money hungry.
