charged for items not received
But my payment failed when trying to buy the diamonds rewards pack (where you get like 11,000+ diamonds as you clear stages and reach certain ranks.) I wasn't sure if it was Apple, my card, or the game itself.
I closed out of the game to restart it and suddenly my payment went through. I checked the game and sure enough, the pass wasn't unlocked. I got a refund and while I wasn't blocked from accessing the game, I could no longer make purchases or watch ads for bonus rewards.
Because of this, I wasn't able to get an event item I'd been saving up for because I couldn't make a purchase and I wouldn't be able to get the fashion pass for the new season unless I paid them back for items that were never even delivered. I contacted customer support, but I read through other users' experiences and saw this isn't even a new issue. I decided it wasn't worth it and uninstalled.
I guess it's for the best and my wallet will be happy. Events were happening too fast back to back and they're unable to complete without spending real money. All good outfits are paywalled, too. While I'm sad because I did enjoy the (somewhat generic) story, I just can't support this company. Seriously, learn to treat your players better.
Confusing but good

List Of My Critiques:
- If You Really Want Certain Outfits U Need To Pay
- Some Stores/Events Need A BUNCH LIKE HUNDREDS Of Tickets/Gems/Etc For The Clothes But There Are Cheaper Options Definitely
- Energy Runs Out Quickly And Takes A Long Time To Regain
- Servers That Are Crowded Buffer A Lot!!!
- A Lot Of Grammar Mistakes In Most Of The Stories, Likely AI Or Just Poorly Translated
- For Love Stories Or Just Outfit Challenges It’s Really Hard To Reach The Needed Score
FOR THE DEVELOPERS:
-Please Let Us Transfer To Different Servers While Keeping Our Data Or Fix The Buffering Issue
- Can We Be Able To Dye All The Clothing, Hairstyles, And Accessories? And U Don’t Have To Give Like Actual Preset Options Just Let Us Select Different Components And A Colour Wheel
- Similar To My Last One, If You Guys Added An Option To Switch The Arm/Hand The Bracelets/Rings Are On Would Be So Cool!
- For Special Scenes It’s Weird When They Show Our Character With A Different Skin Tone Entirely

DO NOT GET THIS GAME, ITS A SCAM!!!!
The primary issue lies in the game’s fundamental progression design. We have moved past "optional microtransactions" into the realm of “predatory pay-to-play mechanics”. The storylines are now virtually inaccessible without significant, out-of-pocket financial investment. By intentionally scaling the difficulty to a point where organic progress is impossible, the developers have effectively "scammed" the players out of a functional gameplay experience, locking content behind a paywall that feels less like a choice and more like a ransom.
A narrative-driven game relies on immersion, yet the current energy economy is designed to break that immersion every few minutes.
The current energy allotment is mathematically insufficient to complete even basic storyline objectives, forcing players into long periods of forced stagnation.
The pricing of in-game currency and items is significantly decoupled from the value they provide. Everything is overpriced even in game items that can obtain my in game currency, creating a hostile environment for the average player who simply wants to enjoy the story they’ve already invested time into.
Perhaps the most egregious issue is the developers' apparent disregard for player feedback. It has become increasingly clear that the review system is being treated as a one-way street.
The community is not asking for a free ride; we are asking for a balanced, easier gameplay experience that respects our time and our wallets.
It is illogical to continue asking players for reviews when the developers and parent companies consistently refuse to implement the requested changes.
Until I see a tangible application of these notes, specifically regarding increased energy limits, lowered item costs, and a reduction in artificial difficulty, it makes zero sense to provide further constructive criticism. My feedback, and the feedback of the player base, is a resource that you are currently squandering. I will not be providing further notes or "engagement" until the game stops treating its players like open checkbooks and starts treating them like a community.
The ball is in your court. Either pivot to a sustainable, player-first model, or continue to watch your core audience depart for titles that actually value their presence.
The time for vague corporate platitudes and "we are listening" templates has passed; what *Influencer Story* requires now is a documented, strategic roadmap for systemic reform. Your current trajectory suggests a fundamental misunderstanding of the relationship between a developer and their community. To regain any semblance of trust, you must immediately present a concrete plan that addresses the energy deficit and the prohibitive pricing structures that currently serve as barriers to entry. Without a transparent commitment to lowering the cost of story progression and recalibrating the gameplay difficulty to be achievable for the average user, your previous assertions of valuing player feedback will remain nothing more than a marketing fabrication.
From a professional standpoint, your current monetization model is a house of cards built on the assumption that players will indefinitely tolerate being exploited. While your short-term metrics might show revenue spikes from forced microtransactions, you are ignoring the catastrophic "churn rate" and the irreversible erosion of your brand's reputation. A game that relies on exhausting its players' wallets rather than rewarding their engagement is a product with an expiration date. You are effectively burning your "social capital" to satisfy immediate financial quotas, a strategy that historically leads to a hollowed-out player base where even the highest-spending users eventually depart because the ecosystem you’ve created has become toxic and stagnant. Most of my club and other clubs don’t even play the game anymore for the story, we just collect rewards and leave because you have overpriced everything to the point where we as the users can’t even play the storylines without losing so much energy and money behind it.
The ultimate reality is this: if you do not implement a pivot toward a player-first philosophy, your downfall is not just a possibility—it is an inevitable. In an oversaturated market, players have no shortage of alternatives that respect their time and investment. By continuing to ignore the fundamental requirements for a fair gameplay experience, you are ensuring that *Influencer Story* will be remembered only as a cautionary tale of how corporate greed can stifle creative potential. This is an honest professional warning: either evolve your mechanics to support your players, or prepare for total market obsolescence as your community migrates to competitors who understand that a game cannot survive without the goodwill of those who play it.
This is why I left the game, deleted it, and will never play it or download it again. MARK MY WORDS. Stay away from this game.
Too much going on
DEVELOPERS PLEASE!

I’m also seeing them give the exact same response to everyone who’s said something about how expensive it is. Those in game benefits do NOT help. A shirt from one outfit could cost 1000 gems. That’s $10 already! The little 100 gems you send isn’t enough for anything. They clearly do not care that they are taxing everyone for a game. They’re gonna give me the same response.
