Horrible app
I was unable to verify my phone number because the app keeps saying “phone number already in use.” I even tried a different phone number and got the same error. There is no clear way to recover an account or contact support from this screen. Very frustrating experience and impossible to continue using the app.

The app has glitches, and never paid me for my job. What is worse is their customer support, sales and founders are liars, cheaters, and stealers. They need to be in jail.

HORRIBLE APP- fake reviews from their employees. For example "Vane" and "Alessandra" work there!
Horrible app and the team who runs these "collaborations" do a horrible job. I never got paid for the collaborations I did through Influur. I heard half of these reviews are fake on the App Store and they have their employees write reviews to make it seem like their business model works. Look up the "nickname" of the reviewer- THEY ALL WORK THERE. Their management team are rude people. They're just using "daddy's" money to fund this app, there are way better apps that do a way better job at finding influencers LEGIT deals. Worst part is that they have their "account mangers" act as "brands" on the app. HORRIBLE. Use another app!

Idea is amazing. App needs work
Sooo many glitches on this app. Frustrating because the idea is amazinggg and it’s a great tool. But it always glitching. For example its not letting me know enter payment details to actually pay influencers for services. Then they get upset when one contacts direct but its just impossible to get the process running smoothly through the APP. I’d be so happy to always work via influur if it worked properly because they deserve their share. 🙏 customer service is also slow responding.
