Don't waste your time with this. Hope the iPhone version is better. Nope, also needs to be improved.
Complex, a lot of features of limited value for exhibitor
The app had so much going on I often found myself lost. Scanning leads, taking notes, and sharing information through the app is of primary importance. Scanning was easy with the scan button right there on the home page. Taking notes was a bit more difficult - especially if several people in a group are scanned at the same time. Navigating back to a particular person to add notes once the conversation was over was trickier. Sharing files was impractical to set up and as far as I can tell sharing was only within the app.
Now, post show, the data download via LeadInsights appears robust but the notes are not in a field themselves. They are combined with the time and note taker data. So I have to figure out how to split cells. The information on who scanned the badge appears only if they also added a note. Now I have 93 Badge scan entries but only know who scanned them in the 33 who added a note. Who scanned the other 60?

Can’t see messages
Klunky. I’m receiving messages that I can’t see. The notifications are there, but there are no messages.
