Era una buena aplicación pero se dañó, ya no abre los medicamentos. No sirve

La he comprado pero nunca carga los medicamentos nunca se puede hacer las diluciones

No me permite ingresar, me pide cambio de clave y luego dice que hay varios usuarios con mi correo. Ya llevo más de 1 mes intentando y nadie me da solución.
