Login needs work
It takes me multiple attempts to login to the app before it will open and I know I’m not the only patron who has this issue. PLEASE FIX IT!!!

The app is okay but so tired of having to try to log in multiple times for it to open. Thought maybe it was my phone but it’s not. I’ve tried it on multiple phones and same outcome. Sometimes it will open first time, other times it takes 3-4 open and closes to get the app to work.

There seems to always be an issue with it loading the page that checks my balance. Also can’t mobile deposit checks to it.

I have to relaunch the app at least 4 times while waiting for it to load in because It does not work. I have updated it when updates come out, I have done it on a range of different wifi/services. It never logs in first try.

I’ve tried to transfer money on my app since April and it fails to work. Went into a branch in person and they couldn’t solve the problem.
Awesome App
This is an awesome app. At 66, learning to navigate on an iphone can sometimes be overwhelming. But, this program was easy to learn and navigate. I absolutely love it!!!
