I’ve tried to transfer money on my app since April and it fails to work. Went into a branch in person and they couldn’t solve the problem.
Awesome App
This is an awesome app. At 66, learning to navigate on an iphone can sometimes be overwhelming. But, this program was easy to learn and navigate. I absolutely love it!!!
Sometimes works
So the app started off great but I would say over the last four months no matter how many updates they do to their app. I always have to close it and reopen it at least 8 to 10 times just to get it to load. Once it does finally load which takes 2 to 5 minutes it’ll sometimes say it timed out so I have to start over. And then from there, it’ll just take me to a white screen nothing ever loads so once again I have to close out the app and start over. When needing to transfer money quickly or check my balance quickly, this app does not offer that reliability. Do better infuze

Mobile App
It is inconvenient to have to delete my browser history every time I access mobile banking. If I do not clear my history every time even every day it just spinning and never resolves until I clear history.

The available balance is never accurate, especially on the weekends
They continue to overdraft have no kind of notification or anything set up for you to know when you’re close to that limit because as soon as they process any kind of transactions you did during the weekend. It’s already too late.
