I only can compare to what I am used to using and ING is so much better than HSBC business banking app in Uk

It does not happen often to find easy to use apps but the ING one seems to be one of those

Cards are in infinite loading and I can’t even logout

After installing the app for easier payment confirmation I cannot pay for anything. I don't see any notification after triggering payment process. Thank you ING

This is the worst banking app I've ever used in my life, I can't even log into the app, I had to look up how I could authenticate myself and generate a code to log in, I never found it.

Poor app
I can’t even login on the system. A poor UX and UI. The instructions are unclear and confusing. I mean, why are there even 4+ ING apps in the store, it makes no sense at all…

This app is too complicated and useless .
Full of bugs
I am surprised that the app in 4.0.0 version has still so many bugs. It is really bad PR for the bank, if they can not get the interface right perhaps there is equally many problems with safety?

Whats the point of having a business app if it doesn't have the features of the private banking app? It should have more features, not less!

Transfer confirmations are available in the history details. You can make a new transfer, but you need to have rights "Any Transfer". In last app version we introduce BLIK - we encourage you to update.

Niestety, nie da się wykonać przelewu do nowego odbiorcy, z poziomu aplikacji. W związku z tym jaki jest jej sens ?
Brak powiadomień
Ogólna porażka jeżeli chodzi o bank. Pomijam już fakt że nie ma powiadomień email czy SMS. Ale nawet nie ma powiadomień z aplikacji.
