Horrible customer care, a lot of troubleshooting

It’s a copy paste from therapyboss with added more time wasting features and hard to communicate interface. You can’t do documentation on the app but you have to go to the web. If you do the eval you have to redo everything again at the same visit for note
Not recommended at all especially customer care not answering or they don’t have customer support
