Cashback Promise Not Fulfilled

We purchased a Samsung TV during a promotion offering 5000 TL cashback via İninal. We received the İninal cards and opened the accounts as instructed, but the promised funds were never loaded. Despite contacting customer service multiple times, we kept getting the same response: “It will be resolved soon.” Weeks have passed, and nothing has been done. This has been a frustrating and disappointing experience. Both Samsung and İninal failed to deliver on their promise.

I advise to not use this card online they took my transaction. Beware as they can scam you wherever they want!

It’s 2025 can we add FaceID to log in to the app instead of manually having to type the password any time you want to open the app

Ininal Is a good bank would recommend 4 stars cuz It was pretty hard toping up for the first time but after you understand how it works its great !

Sms doesn’t come, support answered few times and said they will check smth, so they don’t write anything, i wrote frok different mails but anyway, is it possible to find solution of my problem?

5 yıldır aynı problem!

Yurtdışında yaşıyorum. Kartınızı çok sık kullanıyorum. Ama her seferinde illaha mobilmuygulamada giriş problemi yaşıyorum. Türkiye simkartı kullanmayan birisine, ısrarla sms ile şifre gir diyorsunuz!!!! Yazıklar olsun!!! 1 hafta önce size mail gönderdim, bir cevap bile yok!!! Kartınızı ne sıklıkla kullandığıma bakın! Kendi ayaklarınıza sıkıyorsunuz!!!!

Kullanım ücreti var ve havale 5 TL

Habersiz bir şekilde kullanım ücreti kesti, her bankada ya ücretsiz ya da 1TL gibi cüzi bir masrafı olan banka içi havale için 5 TL işlem ücreti istedi. Papara olduğu sürece asla ama asla ininal kullanmam.

Binance a para aktarımı için kayıt oldum hala işlem yapılamıyor boşuna yüklemeyin, para gönderenlerden bazılarının paraları da muallakta kaldı, yarardan çok zararını görürsünüz.
