About
Some drawings only get honest when you stop watching your own hand.
Ink Hand Diary hands you a word and fifteen seconds. Then the page goes dark. You draw anyway — no line to follow, no way to fix a wobble halfway through, nothing but the shape you think you are making. When the time runs out you rub the paper with your finger and the truth develops underneath.
What comes out is never what you planned. That is the entire point.
A PAGE A DAY
Every attempt is kept, dated and signed. Nothing is graded and nothing is deleted behind your back — the bad ones are the good ones. Come back a week later and the diary reads like a very strange handwriting sample.
PASS IT AROUND
Hand the phone to whoever is sitting next to you. They read their word under a fingertip so nobody else sees it, draw in the dark, and the next person tries to name the result. Points for drawing something readable, points for reading someone else. It gets loud quickly.
READ YOUR OWN HANDWRITING
Later, the diary shows you an old page with the word removed and asks what it was. Recognising your own drawing is much harder than it sounds. Everything you fail to recognise gets filed, and the number that comes out of it is uncomfortable in the best way.
YOUR HAND HAS A SIGNATURE
Without a page to look at, every hand drifts — a little left, a little high, a little too small. The diary measures yours from the first page onward and can put any drawing back where you meant to put it. Half of them turn recognisable the moment it does.
NOTHING LEAVES THE PHONE
No account, no feed, no connection required. The diary lives on your device and stays there.
Bring a steady hand. You will not be using it.

Take it off the wall. • Export any drawing as a printed plate — share it, or save it straight to Photos. • Rename your signature in the Workshop. Old work keeps the name it was signed with.
