More AI theft
Not what I was hoping for. Looks like there’s no paid actors or voice actors, so it seems to be all AI generated, trained off stolen art. No way to know for sure if the scripts are human made either. Deleting it. Ethically bankrupt. Inkitt’s really gone downhill with this, contributing to the entertainment and art industry collapse. Can’t support the arts if you’re exploiting the artists. Just a money grab. What a huge disappointment.

This is perhaps the worst thing I have ever had the displeasure to learn exists. I’ve watched a few of the terrible, inhuman, emotionless trailers. I wouldn’t even use the free $50 coupon to watch these fake movies. It’s all AI. AI generated slop that Inkitt is known for now. It’s not enough that they’ve allowed AI to ruin their writing app. That they reward obvious AI stories with a contract while burying superior stories. Encouraging the use of AI for covers. This is an absolute abomination. It’s disgusting. Anyone desperate enough to sell their souls just to see AI movies of their books deserves to fail. I hope this fails. It a rank attempt to monetise without paying anyone faulty. No writers, artists, actors, crew etc. AI specials. Hoping they’ll be the Netflix of superhero stories? What a joke. The quality is awful. Do not waste your money on this uncanny valley nonsense. Support the actual authors themselves. Let them find success that doesn’t rely on this horrific attempt to corner another market. Inkitt—you sued to be amazing. You have failed and this is why.

Not what I was expecting. I got an email from Galatea offering 5000 coins with a code to use this new iron blood app. They said it was new streaming app for people who love action and sci-fi stories. I was expecting books. Instead it is shows. Ok no problem each episode cost 50 coins or wait 24 hours. I’m still ok with this. Only 3 shows available, I understand it’s still new. Then I start watching a show… nope no thanks. Ai generated video clips that are not great. I watched for around 10 minutes and am already 9 episodes in and the show sucks so bad. Ai can do some amazing things but acting is not its strong point.

Nowhere obvious does it say it’s generative AI
Generative AI packaged as revolutionary. It’s ironic that Ironblood “produces” sci fi because there’s tons of existing sci fi content trying to beat the message in that unregulated AI is a danger to humanity. So will Ironblood produce those stories too? If enough people want to see them most probably because of the algorithm lol. Will the owners of Ironblood be able to self-reflect when that happens, probably not.
