Ditto - Terrible App
Only got it to read course documentation, while I followed along doing the labs on my PC. Then they updated the Inkling app, so it only worked on new iPads. Am not buying a new iPad just to read documentation. My old iPad was fine.
Pages Not Loading
I keep open the app for half hour still pages not Loading
I am not able to use this app. It doesn’t let to see the content without updating the app.
And it doesn’t allow to update the app for not latest IOS version.
So to be able use this app you need to have the latest gadgets. Ridiculous.

Worst reading app
Does not save your reading progression and constantly ask for your accesses
Can’t Access Training
Will not load any training courses. For years now.
Difficult to work with
This app seems more concerned with preventing access to documents than facilitating training. I try to download the documents I am entitled to and I just get the spinning wheel, no feedback whatsoever. I try to view the documents and I get a table of contents page with no content. I can view things ok on my Mac, but nothing on my iPhone.

Leaving critical ebook functions
The inkling app consistently returns me to the table of contents page of the one ebook that I have each time I open the app.
To make matters worse, all the pages seem to already be set to favorited (star in the upper right is already set to ‘gold’ color). I suppose this doesn’t matter too much, since I don’t see a way to see what I have bookmarked.
With these two critical issues, I find the app difficult to use and end up going to use the web version on my computer instead.
Please, if a developer sees this, correct the behavior so the app remembers where I last left off reading in the app and check in on that bookmark function.
For what it’s worth, I’m reading the ServiceNow Vancouver book.

Not a book app experience
I used to access bookshelf app for servicenow, it was fast and available immediately for reference like a proper book reading app.
Now this app feels like a downgrade, loading slow even offline versions

Bug in app
There is a bug in the app when attempting to highlight text. Tap and hold a word to bring up the highlight option, then use the iPad controls to expand what text you want to highlight, then tap highlight. Only the initial word that was selected from the tap/hold is highlighted. Not the entire text you want to highlight.

Waste of my time
I seriously f’ing HATE this app! But I’m stuck using it for a course. It wastes so much of my time every freakin time I have to go into, and that’s when it even feels like loading the content at all. And seriously, would it kill you to add a dedicated bookmark function or at the very least, return to the last page viewed when going back into a file?!
