Crash at start

Just had a fresh install on macOS 15.7.7 and opening the app would just crash. Reinstalling the app won’t also solve the problem.

They took my money stating that 7 days trail and then when I asked for refund within 30 min it denied … App is worst useless .. they cheated me .

Worst app .. they have cheated me they took my money for one year subscription .. showing 7 days trail .. within one hour I asked for the refund they are not giving my refund .. there is no feature only .. many free app are 100% better than me ..
