Won’t recognize my subscription. UPDATED

Was Working well until I think I updated to iOS 14. I have an active subscription but ink won’t recognize it. Plus there is no way to get customer support.

UPDATE: this is long overdue updated review and i apologize to him for taking so long to update! The developer has gotten in contact with me over the past several updates and has worked hard to get it this software working again. Now things are working well with my DSMC2 camera. Thank you!
