Edit menu does not show copy etc

When I first go into a drawing and select a shape the edit menu displays correctly, but only once. Second time I select something and click Edit I no longer get cut /copy/duplicate etc. My iPad is in French, if that matters.

Has everything you need

Open source projects such as this are indispensable. Thank you for continuing to maintain this app. The app is very clean and works flawlessly on the iPad Pro M4, and full files integration is great. Does everything I need for vector artwork on the go.

Too hard to figure out

When scissors don’t cut and an eraser adds lines, it’s too confusing for me. I appreciate that it’s free, so 3 stars instead of one.

“Fixing” the menu bug.

To have the menus consistently show all options, one must enable “Reduce Motion” as a Per-App Accessibility option for Inkpad.

I believe there is broken menu code when they play their intro/outro animation.
While the menu isn’t as flashy, it’s at least functional now.

Hopefully the dev will return to fix this bug and maybe add a dark mode theme?

Anyway, thanks for reviving this app!

Requires fixes with current OS

This app has great potential, but the menus don’t function properly, meaning you can’t actually use most of the functions required to complete a design
