About

InkPunk turns your phone into a pot of wet paint. Drag a fingertip out of a pigment well and smear it across the glass. Tilt the phone and the paint runs downhill, pooling and blending as it flows. Give it a shake, or flick with two fingers, and it splatters. No scores, no levels, no timers: just colour, your hands, and the sound it makes. And the colour is the whole point. InkPunk mixes pigment subtractively, the way real paint does, so cyan and yellow make a vivid green, not grey mush. Layer it up, thin it down, and glaze so the paper glows through. Every hue is painted in the wide Display P3 colour space, so on a modern iPhone the colours come alive, richer and more luminous than an ordinary screen can show. And now InkPunk sings. Every pigment has its own note, your mixes land in between, and smearing paint plays the colour under your finger — with haptics that answer every move. Turn the sound off, or shift it up and down octaves, whenever you like. Mix. Smear. Pour. Splatter. Rinse the canvas and start again — every reset deals a fresh palette. • Real subtractive mixing built on the Kubelka–Munk pigment model, paint behaves like paint! • Paint that sings — every pigment its own note, with haptics; tune it or turn it off • Beautifully vivid Display P3 colour • Tilt to flow, shake or two-finger flick to splatter, wet-on-wet blending • An upgraded physics engine for smoother, more lifelike flow • Swap pigment palettes; light or dark canvas • Save your painting at full resolution to share • A companion Apple Watch mixer for colour on your wrist Free play, forever. No goals — just the simple joy of pushing colour around. ** Come and vandalise the shared wall at InkPunk.com ** Built with love by Tasty Digital.

What's New in InkPunk

1.6

July 1, 2026

InkPunk 1.6 – turn the sound on. InkPunk makes noise now. Every pigment has its own note, your mixes land in between, and smearing paint sings the colour under your finger — with haptics to match. Make it yours in Settings: toggle sound or haptics, or shift the whole palette up and down octaves. Truer smears. Dragging paint now picks up only what you actually drag through — no more stray colour sneaking into your mix. No two starts alike. Hit reset and the wells scatter into a fresh layout with a new palette, then pour back onto the canvas. Richer mixing. Black and white pull their weight, so your tints and shades read the way you'd expect. Now go vandalise something.
