Where is my ink?
I’ve been a paid member for YEARS. Every time I go to get my free ink on the weekends, I keep getting an error code. Seeing comments that date back to January 2026 and it still hasn’t been fixed makes me want to stop giving you money! Why should I pay you monthly for a service you don’t can’t or won’t provide! Fix it, give me my ink, or refund me my monthly payment from when this problem started to present and beyond until it’s fixed! I am sick and tired of companies thinking they can take advantage of people and we’ll just sit back and take it!

Wont let me collect new account gift
I found a manhwa i really wanted to read and it was on their app so i downloaded it when i saw they give a free account gift of 2,500 ink to rent chapters. Once i downloaded it and input all my info I went to collect the gift but it repeatedly shows me an error message. Ive signed out and back in verified my email but nothing worked. Annoyed but still wanting to read i accepted an offer in the app to watch 2 ads and get 50 inks, after watching the ads all the way through i did not receive my ink like promised, i was again offered the same deal thinking last time was a bug and surely this time it’ll work. Spoiler alert I still did not receive any ink for watching now four ads.

Has potential but buggy
There’s a lot of good manga available on the app, and potentially at a really good price if a member. But the app is so buggy that it disconnects often on iOS.
When you’re trying to claim your daily or weekly currency it won’t work more than half the time because it ‘cannot connect’ to claim it for your account, which means you lose money… Sometimes it will work if you keep opening/closing the app to refresh it, but I’ve tried multiple times daily the past 4 days to try to claim my weekly currency (which is 100 in app coins, a lot!) and it still has not worked for me… this has been an ongoing issue for months at this point for the small claims, first for the big on for me…
So yeah, if the devs would fix all the connection issues in the app it would be good, but for now it’s too buggy for iOS to be worth the membership.

Just came here to reminisce about manga rock and how great it was 😭 miss it so much it was the best manga app and then it because this subscription based inkr app that is just not as great. RIP go an era!

good idea that came with bugs
i've enjoyed my time using this app for the one story i'll ever read. if i could read with without having to spend 8 hours watching ads all day every day, just to unlock one chapter a week. i understand needing to pay authors and whatnot, but there are way more effective ways of doing this.
one bug that i contacted support about is for my account. i would click to edit an old email or change anything having to do with my account, and the app would freeze. i never could access or confirm my email. the support team took longer than they should've to respond, but just from glancing at other complaints, i'm not surprised it took them as long as it did. there's a lot of big issues, but i feel like i'll be wasting time here when i could watch 1,000 ads to get one coin instead😭

Bring back Manga Rock
Loved Manga Rock, thought this App will be same or even better.
Boy was I WRONG!!! This is NOTHING like Manga Rock. Most (if not nothing) manga from Manga Rock are not here, for me….. nothing to read! Can’t believe this App supposedly “replaced” Manga Rock. NOTHING IN COMPARISON 😖

Bugged subscription
There is a bug in the 12 month subscription. As the subscription ran out it auto renewed a monthly subscription instead of 12 monthly, I then renewed a 12 month subscription. The bug is that it changes the 12 month subscription to a 1 month sub. So if you sub to 12months with an active 1month sub you lose the 12month sub.

It’s okay not great
This app makes you pay a monthly subscription to not even be able to finish most of the mangas. If you pay monthly you can usually read most of it then pay 60-80$ to finish it! It even says “bulk discount for manga 89% off” and if you go to buy the bulk it drops immediately to 9% off which is absolutely nothing.

The yearly sub is a pretty decent value if you grab it during the frequent half off sales, but recently there has been a lot of stuff that is categorized wrong.
Tags are used inconsistently, MxM content was always labeled as BL, but now some stuff is using Yaoi or Shounen Ai. And some heterosexual romances on the app are labeled Boy's Love/Yaoi/Shounen Ai for some reason? Feels like an AI is just labeling anything with two dudes on the cover as gay...
I sent in a customer service ticket about a manga having a flawed upload (1 page instead of the whole volume) and it still has not been fixed almost a month later. No communication at all. The work is still being sold on the app, without a disclaimer that it's bugged.

Used to be far better when it was Manga Rock
Manga Rock was my favourite go-to manga app. Its such a shame they killed it to become INKR which is so bad and generic with almost no manga you wanna read. Whoever was responsible for the change to INKR, curse you.
Why is there a subscription
I don’t understand why I am paying for a subscription but still have to purchase coins on top of that. Don’t say it to support the creators cuz what’s the point of subscribing clearly still not worth it because the coins always cost way more than anyone can afford which defeats the purpose of even trying to support maybe should take a page from manta comics you don’t pay for coins there. If you are going to offer a subscription then there should be an option for full access and on another note…mangarock was way better
