Decent app limited functions
The app is ok it does what it says but won’t allow to save custom themes, and the AI drawing is rubbish it doesn’t respond to simple prompts.

Idk why but when I try to upload a photo it says smth like “confirmation failed error” I literally waited SO long for this phone case which doesn’t seem to work please fix this problem im just a 10 year old girl 😔

The app just doesn't work on ios 18. I tried it on an iphone 11 with ios 18 and there's bugs with the photo sorting and it just won't project the photo whatsoever. When i tried with another ios 17.7 iphone 11, it worked perfectly without the photo sorting bug. please fix this !!!

This is a good app. Please fix these bugs in 1.8.6
* Photos gallery sorting / displaying earliest to latest. This is the opposite behavior of the previous version. In the 1.8.5 Photos gallery, sorting / displaying was latest to earliest which is much better when you have thousands of pictures.
* Missing album selection in Photos gallery. In the previous version (1.8.5) it was possible to show all albums in the Photos gallery. In version 1.8.6 this is no longer possible: only the default album is visible.

App broken under iOS 18
No clue what happened but this app is now broken after I updated to iOS 18. It only shows photos up to 2-3 weeks ago even though the app has full photo access. Also it does this weird thing where it rotates and cuts off a portrait photo, forcing you to back out of the menu and try all over again. Very annoying and hope they can fix it as I love using the case’s feature.

Had the case for about 1 month now and no issues yet. App is easy to use once you’ve figured out how to use it the first time you open in. Only downside that I’ve found so far is there doesn’t seem to be a way to delete anything from the “My Creation” section (where the case pictures go as a kind of template shortcut if you want to switch between pictures without starting fresh).

CAN’T change the picture!!!!!
The app is lagging I can’t click on synchronize. And when I do it nothing change !!!!

App won’t let me get past the part where I make an account I put an email press the button nothing happens. Waited a month for the phone case can’t even use the app

The app is pretty smooth . It works well , didnt have high hopes but was surprised to see it worked so well. Really loved it!!
Does not work , or sync with case
I just received my case and it will not sync with the phone case on iPhone . Everything is written in Chinese so also hard to ask for help. Gets as far as selecting what type of case Connect is required and then nothing …..

Dont use the app it comes with
Instead put your phone in the case and download reinkstone and mine worked perfectly fine.
Doesn't work
I bought the E Ink phone case and it told me to download this app, however, there’s two versions of this app, one in English and one in Chinese. Neither of them work, nor did they let you successfully complete the email registration portion. I can’t even get past that.
