We take payment security extremely seriously. InmateDB uses Stripe for all payment processing and does not directly store or process raw credit card information. The claims made in this review are completely false and technically impossible given how our payment system operates. We were also unable to locate any account, payment history, or transaction matching the description provided, which strongly suggests this review is not from a legitimate user of our platform. As for usability, InmateDB continues to grow daily as more users switch to our platform for its reliability, ease of use, professionalism, and feature set. We are also the only service in this space offering a 5-day free trial, after which inmates are automatically placed onto a free plan if they choose. We remain focused on delivering the best experience possible for our real users and greatly appreciate the continued support from our growing community.
