I uninstalled the inMelo app the same day it was installed. Apple needs to
STOP 🛑 trying to bill me for something l did NOT order nor receive nor even have on my phone. It’s simply ridiculous. How $1 trillion company tries to fleece its customers month after the month to make payroll. It’s no wonder you’re having to increase your prices.

Basically I think it’s a rly good app but the templates aren’t funny like capcut they are just aesthetic so you should expand your range of age and try to make for like teens etc …

I did not intentionally sign up for auto-renewal and have already been paying the yearly subscription fee of 1499. Unfortunately, the subscription has renewed automatically, and I was charged again despite not actively using the application.

Just a heads up I’m sure you all must have meant to say viral but you may want to fix your message on the one preview photo because it says Create virus video in seconds now maybe I’m wrong maybe this is a new thing or something I don’t know but I’ve kinda never heard of a virus video before but I have heard of a viral video just a friendly heads up i figured you all would like to know it sticks out like a sore thumb and even that small spelling error kinda to me makes you guys look a little unprofessional because you all never changed it thanks for your time enjoy your day whoever reads this

UPDATE: customer service was finally responsive and then continued to troubleshoot with me until the issue was resolved!
I just downloaded this app. I’m testing it out. It’s charging me fees for every single test I run and they won’t refund me even though the tests I’m running are not giving me the results I want. Customer service continues to give me the wrong instructions so I feel like I’m hitting my head on a brick wall and I’m very unhappy.
