Needs to fix pairing for the Inmo Go model. It is currently grayed out.
You must have the app open for half the apps to work
Works as intended but must keep the app open for most apps to work. Navigation doesn’t work, translation barely functions. Overall pretty mid glasses.
Navigation problem
On ios navigation doesnt work, we need to install baidu map but baidu map restricted in another country, i hope you change it to maps or google map
Can’t connect to my iOS
On their app, the IMNO GO is in grey icon meaning it cannot be working but other two icons are colorful AR and Air 2 is working able to touch only not IMNO GO! I’m sending it back to get refund! Worthless!
Won’t connect blue tooth with Hearview
If you have IMO glasses from Hearview, unfortunately it won’t connect. Hearview just modifies after they took from Imno go. Mean you must use Hearview glasses.
iOS issues
Love the design and feel of the frames but unfortunately when I reached out to the developer team I received no follow up email to assist with IPhone/IOS issues like third party apps downloads etc.
Does not translate
At first, I thought I was buying top of the notch AR glasses that provides you instant translations from whatever language that is being seen through the glasses to English. Unfortunately, they do not. What I have experienced is that they have all languages translated to Chinese only which does not work for me and I purchased this for a job and I cannot do the job. I called Customerservice. They said there will be an update in about half a year. Why do you advertise that you have these functions you do not? Also, the screens are not centered enough, so you have to pull the glasses away from your face so you can look at these little tiny screens in full. I also purchased prescription lenses from VR rock and they do not fit properly. Overall, I was expecting something that had AI and would actually translate pictures and text into English in real time. Waiting for this new update. Hopefully it will work. You can’t watch Netflix you can’t watch HBO you can’t watch Disney you can’t watch anything because the screen mirroring option doesn’t work as well.

Notifications not working on IOS
Unlike what shown In inmo website , for inmo go - notifications are not working on iOS .
I contact their support , didn’t get any meaningful reply as how to solve this.

Not functional
Navigating the app is not a breeze and there is not a whole lot going on. Not user friendly on iPhones and you tube screen freezes from time to time while the video sound continues.

Returning this junk
It literally does nothing it’s advertised as doing. Will not find it in iPhone 14 pro but I was able to connect to it manually via Bluetooth. No app functions at all.
