Got forced to download this app by a job site.
The app demanded my pay scale and other very sensitive information.
An absolute joke of a system and in no way needs half of the information it demands.
Profile deleted and I demanded a paper induction.
Avoid folks and don’t give them any information!

Very frustrating experience
I have spent a lot of time trying to access my account. I reset my password multiple times and received confirmation that the password had been changed, but every login attempt still resulted in “Invalid credentials”.
The platform gives very little useful information about what is actually wrong, which makes it extremely difficult to resolve the issue. When you need to complete inductions or site documentation quickly, being locked out of your account is incredibly frustrating.
A system that handles important construction site access requirements should be much more reliable and user-friendly than this.

Stopped working
As of today, when I tried to open the app it got stuck on loading. Restarted the phone, same result. Deleted and reinstalled the app, got logged off, tried logging in and it does not pass the login screen. Hard to do my work with an app that does not work.
Poor technology
In this day and age the amount of glitches that happen and the inability of the system to remember where a user is during the induction process and the data previously entered is unacceptable. I was unable to use the system and will be bringing it up to site management. They can lose half a day of productivity while I’m being paid onsite instead of my blood pressure going through the roof trying to d9 this on y own time. Piss poor.

This is my fave app because it documents all the hard work that I do. I wish I could do more hours tbh!
What’s with the colour scheme?
I’ve been using this app for a few years now (including trail stages with work) what is with the colour scheme? Can you get rid of the horrible tinted look and have it crisp and clear again? There are more important things like the clocking in and out issues to sort out.
Good but you have to give it all your info
Doesn’t store data but wants to know your address your national insurance number, data protection says I don’t have to provide this info but I cannot carry on without doing so

Freezes on card credentials page
Filling out induction questions , when i got to card and credential page it wont let me pick an option or move to next page, The part to get help and start talking to advisor doesnt work either…. Leaving me stuck unable to proceed so i find the app useless.
Also phone support and the guy couldnt fix the problem therefore stopping me from starting work losing £200 a day wages .
Disgusted at the attitude from the tech support and then the woffle bot support couldnt recognise my email address just to put the icing on the cake
Compensation for my wages i think are due and imagaine Apple and a court of law would agree

Modern and today. ;/. Be careful of cowboy builder. They want your cash fast, everything's waiting. So fake commitments- 'message was rejected" = permit granted.! Mum's now diagnosed with cancer". Risk of collapse onto you.
