Great resource for daily mindfulness practice!
I have been looking for app to encourage my kids to practice mindfulness, but either they are too complicated or do not target the ages of my children. With this app and inner Explorer we have all been able to participate! Especially important during these unprecedented times. Thank you for making this available to my family!

i tried multiple sessions but they all made me just mad! it might be the fact that i was forced to do this in school and not i hate it but i don’t care how much they worked on this it is awful
