About

Some days are sunny. Some are stormy. Inner Forecast is a calm, private way to notice which one you're having. Checking in takes a moment. Choose the weather that fits how you feel, set how strongly it feels, and add a few words if you want to. Over time, a gentle picture of your inner weather forms, yours to look back on whenever you like. What's inside: Six weather moods, from Stormy to Sunny, with how strongly each one feels. A journal for days that need more words, and Look Back for entries worth returning to. A simple way to see how your week really moved, day by day. Home Screen widgets for your forecast and a daily lift. A First Aid Kit for hard moments, with breathing, grounding, and support links when things feel heavier. Make it yours. Arrange the app around how you think, build your own theme, and write your own affirmations. Private by default: Everything stays on your device. No accounts, no trackers, nothing uploaded. No ads, no subscriptions, no data selling. Forever.

What's New in Inner Forecast

Introducing App Styles! App Styles change how the whole app looks, going deeper than themes alone. Ink gives the app a paper-like appearance, with weather drawn in line rather than glow and a warm page in place of a bright screen. Nocturne turns your app to a night sky, where your weather becomes how clear the night is. Stormy keeps the stars behind cloud. Sunny opens onto a clear, moonlit sky, and the moon changes phase as you go. Whichever you choose carries deep into the app: the First Aid exercises, the affirmations, and your widgets on the Home Screen. You'll find them in Settings, under Appearance. Also in this update: The sky no longer dips and brightens when you change condition. Smoother gradients on darker screens. Both styles follow Increase Contrast. Improved iPad support.
