Metric explanations: Tap the heart, battery, moon, or leaf cards to see clear explanations and practical tips for Heart Rate, Recovery, Sleep, and Mindfulness. Not ready for prime time, ie your $$

Can’t test paywalled features without paying. Especially egregious coding decision where, as here, at a few minutes BEFORE 9a the stress trend reflects red-coded excessive stress at 10pm. Marker confirms that time refers to this same day when I’m looking at it at 8:58a. Uninstalled.
