Fixed Issues: - Fixed photos taken with the camera on Android being saved rotated. - Fixed the app becoming unresponsive and offline actions retrying forever after your session expired. You now get a clear message to log out and log in again. - Fixed the sync queue never draining when the server rejected an action, which made the app slower as the queue filled. You now get a message telling you what was rejected. - Fixed the app stuttering while offline actions were syncing. - Fixed the Work Order pin and the magnifier in the Plan Viewer being the wrong size, and the magnifier not appearing at all on iPad. - Fixed annotation snapping in the Plan Viewer pulling from a different distance depending on how far you had zoomed in.

Not user friendly

The app is not user friendly. It doesn’t let you go to projects even with access to everything. It won’t let me find a place to upload photos. And the interface is very messy with some pages with text not legible.

Constantly getting errors when viewing shops/sheets. Won’t upload photos because of internal service error.

Update 2/2/24
App works far better. Have been using for a few weeks and have not encountered the 500 internal service error anymore. Pictures are uploading properly and files are caching and loading great now.

Easy to upload photos, upload files, communicate with the project manager and update work orders. Great app for our installers to use.

Photos never upload and can’t clock in.

This app is a piece of app that doesn’t work, can’t load photos MF can’t log in. Didn’t got paid cause of this guys.
