Not Free
[update 7/20/26: 2 free previews do show up now. They are good, so I’m adjusting my 1 star rating to 4. Not 5 stars only because I personally don’t feel a need to subscribe for more.] The app may be free to download, but there is absolutely no free content. You must pay for “premium access” to view anything. I wasn’t expecting everything to be free, but at least a few basics to try without having to subscribe. (A 14 day free trial is offered, but I’d rather not even do that unless I know it’s something I’d likely purchase).

Hi JenLive, Thanks for your taking the time to leave feedback. There actually is free content to explore in the app. If you click into "Practice", the first folder at the top where it says "Start Here: Free Preview" contains free content. I sincerely hope you will reconsider this review. Thank you!
Loving this app!
I’ve been using this app for a little over a week now and I am really enjoying it. The daily practice audios have had a really positive impact on my mindset, I love setting my intention each week- something about writing it down makes it really stick with me. And the miracle moments podcast episodes are intriguing! I listened to all of them in a week. Can’t wait for more episodes to be added.
