Money was taken from another account from another city. I tried to call a representative to dispute these transactions and get a new account but I guess I have to wait until Monday. Thanks iPay for leaving me with no money for the weekend
Useless card
The only use of this card is taking it to an ATM to take your money out and then go deposit that to a real bank card.
Update: Kurense - the company behind this app responded to my previous review saying they would like to help. I would truly believe them if I was the first to voice these concerns but they should be aware of the grievances people have against their app. At the end of the day this app is designed like every other pay card. A way for the companies that pay you to make some money back by partnering with companies like these that charge fees for any use of your card. $0.50 charge every time I used the card, $1.50 to check balance, and $2.50 on top of any ATM fee. Scum of the earth. Truly.
Taco Bell/KFC are scum for partnering with them and Kurense is scum for creating a platform for them to act on this.

Horrible . Didn’t give me my money when I got paid !! Don’t do it!
Opt for direct deposit or anything else
This card is absolutely horrible. You cannot transfer any money out except from atms which are dependent on location. The app has bad UI and shows your entire card when you go to details which usually for other apps that involve cards dont do. The card has no chip and you cannot add it to an apple wallet meaning no tap only swipe. If your employer switched to this card the only reason i can think of is that its cheaper than other companies.

Can’t transfer money, takes forever to load, only has a swipe, can’t add to apple wallet. This card is so bad.

I do not recommend
This app absolutely sucks. No way to transfer money, atm won’t allow me to withdraw more than a small amount which is super inconvenient since I had to go everyday of the week to get it all off. It doesn’t show my pending or when I get paid. The only way to see is to delete the app every single use and redownload it.

But ever since I updated the app it want show any transactions or how much money I have it stays at the amount the was put into it and I e spent over 100$ so I know I still don’t have the same amount

This card is a complete joke. You can’t use it in ANY apps at all, not Apple Wallet, not Cash App, not anything. And the dumbest part? You actually have to CALL customer support just to “allow” the card to be added — like it’s 1999 or something.
Then when you call, you don’t even get a real person. You’re forced to talk to some useless robot that tells you your card isn’t available right now and to call back later. That’s it. No help. No solution. Just wasted time and frustration.
This card is insanely restrictive, outdated, and borderline unusable unless you’re swiping it in a physical store like a caveman. Customer support is trash, the system is trash, and the whole experience is unnecessarily complicated for no reason.
Do yourself a favor and avoid iPay if you want a card that actually works in the real world

forgot my password and when i went to reset the app told me my birthday wasn't a valid birthday called customer service and they said we can't do anything try looking on the app which led to nothing so im locked out.
Horrible
You’re forced to download this bs app to activate your card, then the app sucks and support is unhelpful. Managed to figure it out, only atms they work with charge you $2 to take cash out and it’s incompatible with Tap Pay. All around kinda sucks and If I could’ve kept rapid I would have and I hate rapid. Supposedly they’re working on the tap pay feature however not sure how that’ll save this, at least it’ll make my life slightly less annoying when I have to pay for things.

Personally I could do better
Legit cant use the app because the software has way too many bugs, won’t let you scroll on the terms and policy’s update, won’t let you transfer money to any other accounts, and has you verify your account after verifying your account. I could definitely do better. Please fix this devs

It’s easy to navigate and does exactly what I need. I can quickly see my balance, track transactions, and manage my card without any hassle. Great app!
This banking app sucks
no update features whatsoever. can't transfer money through your phone, can't deposit checks, can't even add the card to your Apple wallet DON’T USE.
