I love the company but the app doesn’t work!

This is the best place to find the most amazing products to help your dogs quality of life…but this app is not working for me whatsoever. I usually use the website with no issue but in the app I have no been able to process my payment at all! I have already used 6 cards on it and it won’t process at all!

Don’t Waste Your Time

Don’t waste your time installing this app. It does not give you shipping options. If you have a billing address that is a PO Box it gives you an error because the only shipping option is FEDX Express. I don’t get delivery to my home address so I have to use the “Street Address” USPS option. Finally whatever rules that are built into the app would not accept my payment. I’m assuming because of a mismatch in billing and delivery addresses? Finally the app forces you to go through Apple Pay rather than direct credit card payment. So perhaps that is the issue? Wasted a half hour trying to sort it out. Deleted it from my phone. Make sure apps are thoroughly debugged before publication. Great products but lousy app

Amazing Customer Service

Innovet not only had the products we needed for our elderly lab but it they were at a great price and delivery was super quick.
When I had a problem with a product they immediately provided a solution and followed thru.
We use the CBD oil for our lab and it has greatly increased her quality of life. We are so thankful for the product.

Epileptic Dog

We have our dog Phenobarbital for 5 years and I hated every minute of it knowing how toxic it could be to his organs over time, but wanting to put his seizures at bay. After giving Innovet Pet Products CBD capsules a try, I have gotten him completely off the Phenobarbital and haven’t seen any seizures!! I’m so thankful to not give him such a potentially harmful pill and still keep the seizures away!
