Click add device nothing happens

Click add device on the app, nothing happens, renders new sockets completely useless will be sending them back

It won't let me add my lights

The box for the lights says it will work with a zigbee bridge but when I come to add the lights it says I must buy an innr bridge and won't let me use the innr lights on their own nor use my sonoff bridge. I spent hundreds of pounds and the app doesn't work!
The response admits this but only after I didn't hundreds in their product!!! Rip off

Das ist nicht gut! Könnten Sie eine Nachricht an service@innr.com senden? Wir können dann prüfen, wie wir dieses Problem für Sie lösen können. Wenn alle Lichter offline sind, liegt entweder ein Problem mit dem Internet oder der Innr-Bridge vor. In den meisten Fällen können wir dieses Problem schnell lösen.

Und wieder mal funktioniert der Alexa-Uplink nicht.

Ich weiß echt nicht, was ihr da treibt. Bis heute funktioniert die Passwort-Api beim Login nicht korrekt. Apps die sich ohne Hinweis ausloggen, habe ich gefressen - insbesondere im Smart-Homebereich geht da gar nicht klar.

Es ist ein Fehler aufgetreten, der die Verknüpfung von Innr mit Alexa und Google Home Services verhindert hat. Dieses Problem wurde letzten Sonntag behoben, sodass die Verbindung jetzt wie zuvor funktionieren sollte. Wir entschuldigen uns für die Unannehmlichkeiten.

Scheinbar innr hatte sogar relativ gut drauf geantwortet aber hier jetzt noch mal.
Die App ist schlecht sehr schlecht nicht wirklich smart und widgets fehlen auch.
Nach dem Update musste man sich neu anmelden Naja ok
Die leuchten sind ganz ok Naja Bin jetzt zu hue gewechselt aber mit innr und ikea birnen weil die von hue laute hoch frequente Töne von sich geben.
Also macht eure Software besser und vor allem schneller.

Vielen Dank für Ihre Bewertung. Widgets stehen tatsächlich auf unserer Liste, aber andere Ergänzungen zu unserer App haben Priorität. Wir sind etwas traurig, dass Sie auf ein neues System umsteigen, aber es ist gut für Sie, dass Innr-Lampen dann mit vielen Systemen kompatibel sind.

Suite à une panne de mon réseau électrique qui a réinitialiser tout mon système Dominique, je constate que la nouvelle appli oblige l installation et l achat d un pont pour un système qui fonctionnait sans auparavant.

Toutes les ampoules et systèmes connectés d une autre marque ont redemarré seuls

Et je suis obligé de lâcher une étoile pour être pris en compte !

L'ancien Innr Bridge (BG110) n'est malheureusement plus pris en charge. Pourtant, ce n’est bien sûr pas une expérience agréable avec le système Innr. Pourriez-vous nous envoyer un message à service@innr.com ? Nous pouvons alors vous aider à trouver une solution.

Glühbirne lässt sich nicht in App hinzufügen

Die innr WLAN Glühbirnen erscheinen nicht in den WLAN Einstellungen und lassen sich nicht in der App installieren. Wird retourniert.

Hallo, Einen Tag lang gab es ein Problem mit der Verbindung zwischen Innr und Alexa. Dieses Problem wurde nun behoben. Um die Verbindung zwischen Innr und Alexa wiederherzustellen, können Sie den Innr-Skill in der Alexa-App deaktivieren und dann den Innr-Skill erneut aktivieren. Dies sollte wieder funktionieren, sodass Sie Ihre Lichter wie zuvor steuern können.

These were so easy to set up. I had Orien bulbs before. These are working so well. They’re so easy to adjust and group. The innr bulbs and app just work seamlessly. At one point the app lost connection and behaved weird with a continuously repeating annoying message. But then it worked again as intended after a quick reset.

Great quality lights app not so great

The colour and physical quality of the lights are impressive and super bright. The automise section of the app is confusing. You can set times etc but there are no clear (on/off) switches like the Philips hue app. My garden lights also come on at random sometimes even when they’re not set to come on. Wish the app was more user friendly

Worse than nothing

Clearly the dev team have no access to any, any! User experience design skills. Only loaded it because Alexa suddenly started not being able to find innr plug. Turns out I cannot do it with the innr app either. Maybe the has the capability, but I can’t figure it out. One of the worst apps I’ve come across.

Without doubt the WORST smart bulbs around.

Won’t connect and a nightmare to try and set up. The app is horrendous too. Save your money and shop elsewhere.

Zero stars

Do not wast your money, these bulbs and switches constantly forget they are registered within your household and so you need to register again regularly, they will bring out the worst in you! 🤬

Literally 100% useless

Decided to try to check if there is a firmware update for the Innr lights I just bought (shouldn't have, clearly). This app: 1) forced me to create an account (probably so they can claim a "user base" and harvest and email address) - use a disposable email 2) was not able to add the Innr light by scanning a QR code - scanner non-functional 3) was not able to add the Innr light by other means, as it apparently requires a separate Innr bridge which I of course do not have as I use Philips Hue Bridge (all my other lights are Hue). Deleted my account and the app about five minutes after the installation. Speed run!

I updated my review after the dev response to indicate that I was, in fact, attempting to add Innr lights to this app.

Probleme mit der App

Hey eigentlich hab ich keine Probleme mit der App aber seit gestern lässt sie sich nicht mehr mit der Alexa App verbinden was ein Problem darstellt da meine Brige ja von innr ist… laut Alexa muss die Web Seite aktualisiert werden damit die brige wieder verbunden werden kann. Sowas darf bei so einem Produkt einfach nicht passieren

Hallo, wir entschuldigen uns für die Unannehmlichkeiten. Dieses Problem sollte jetzt behoben werden. Dieses Problem wurde durch ein abgelaufenes Zertifikat verursacht, und wir werden sicherstellen, dass dies nicht noch einmal vorkommt! Möglicherweise müssen Sie Ihr Innr-Konto erneut verknüpfen, aber danach sollten alle Funktionen wieder funktionieren!

You can’t add a light if you don’t have a bridge, a real pain. (Note that this is possible in other smart light brand such as HUE by Philips)

For Innr Zigbee lights, a bridge is required. Just like with other smart lights. Innr lights can be used with just a remote control, but you cannot use the Innr app that way. If you need help with, or want to know more about our products, please contact the Innr Servicedesk.

Bin enttäuscht

Sehr oft verliert die Bridge die Verbindung zum Router …. das wieder einbinden ins Netzwerk erweist sich nervig und umständlich Würde dieses System nicht wieder kaufen

Mittlerweile habe ich kostenlos eine Bridge zugeschickt bekommen …
das empfinde ich als vorbildlich …. ändert aber am Problem rein gar nix
Weiterhin verliert das Gerät ständig die Verbindung … habe der Bridge sogar eine Priorität eingeräumt …. Ist ihr egal
Bleibe also bei meiner Einschätzung: NICHT KAUFEN …. KOSTET MEHR NERVEN ALS SIE SPASs MACHT 😡😔
