Terrible company- it’s a scam !!!!!!
Ordered a wallet tracker in November of 2024. Despite many attempts to contact the company, zero response, order never arrived but they took my money. Don’t give them your CC number!!!!
Unusable
If a button on the device is accidentally pressed, your phone will play an annoying jingle AT FULL VOLUME and there is absolutely no way to turn this off. Not if you silence your ringer, not if you turn notifications for the app off, not if you use a focus to try to silence it.
The device is meant to be kept in your wallet, and it will go off accidentally even in normal use (e.g., you sit on your wallet).
I’m actually surprised Apple would approve an app that does respect notifications settings.

Good BT tracker
It works well but it seems to drain a too much battery as it keeps the GPS location constantly on.
App needs feature
The Innway uses Bluetooth communications. When using the app to locate my wallet, it would be helpful if the app would notify me if Bluetooth is turned off.
Doesn’t work
Seems like a good idea but the “ring Innway” button doesn’t actually work. Had to return it and buy a tile branded locator instead.
App is no longer working
App is broken and certificates are broken on their website for customer support
Great But...
Really great. Would have given 5 stars but it seems that when the Innway app is closed that you cannot use (or doesn’t function) the find your phone feature leaving you to have to continuously have your app running in the background in the rare instance you can find your card but not your phone. Love it so far.

Easy to setup
Setup took literally seconds. The sound is loud enough. Will see over time but as a forst impression it just does what its supposed to do...
Registration impossible
Note: I will update this review IF or WHEN I can complete the registration.
Firstly, the website does not offer a login nor registration section to be able to manage your account, beyond the app on your phone. -1 star
Secondly, the confirmation link supplied does not work and results in a server error, this could be overlooked if it had the option to resend a new link or amend your account details, but it does not. -1 star
Thirdly, the app does not have an account section once logged in. All I can see (because I can’t confirm my registration) is to add a new Innway or Logout. -1 star
The app therefore is completely impractical and unusable. If I didn’t get the Innway card for free I would be losing my mind about this. Fix your app!

Gets the job done
Great app and tracker for finding my things
Not a good card
The card keep disconnecting from Bluetooth and keep ringing I tried to delete the app but now I cannot sign in as it's not allow me to put my email in the box

Absolute garbage
The card disconnects constantly, the ring my card functionality barely works maybe one out of ten times, and it keeps randomly changing my phone volume to max. It makes your phone barely usable because the volume randomly maxes out and then will randomly drop to some other volume you had it set to earlier in the day.
I don’t understand how they could build such a trash app. I have all the alerts and functionality disabled, which makes the card almost useless, and it is still messing with my phone constantly!

This app has a major issue (and more)
As soon as I added the card to the app to alert me when the card is separated from the phone, it started to cause issues with my phone.
1. It rings with maximum volume on my phone which cannot be muted by pressing the volume button. This is very annoying and disturbing the general usage of this app.
2. The bluetooth reconnection happens too frequently like every minute or so. This with the issue number 1 cause the major disturbance to the entire purpose of using this app at all as it makes the phone totally unusable.
3. Another underlying issue with the above issues is that the volume randomly goes to max when using the phone due to the reconnection issue even if you disable separation alert or even disabling all the alerts still causes the issue. Basically you cannot use your phone as it is too annoying to use when volume goes to max randomly.
I would seek an alternative options than using this app and innways products all together.

Trying to activate my Innway device is a total loss
I purchased my Innway device and attempted to activate it with no success at all. I installed it and deleted it 3 times. I cannot activate it at all. I cannot get an email to set it up! If I bought this at a store, I would return it. A waste of money. No stars is a better rating.

Had a little issue getting my activation email, but customer service took care of it. Still playing around with the settings. Looks promising.
Works on iPhone xr
So ensuring you allow Bluetooth and location services works a treat. No technical setup - hold button pair device - job done.
Love it as can now locate my wallet in the house without having to endure the wife’s moaning about taking better care etc.
App works well - card works well - looking forward to a nag free wallet finding future.

Not bad
Stable app. However still needs a few options added. Card performance seems to be great. Disable sound alert when on vibration for instance.
Will not work on iPhone 10
App sends you round in circles and will not load any functionality. Sending my Innway card back to the vendor to go back to another tracker.
Loving the Innway card
Love the innway card. The location is pretty accurate even when the card has been away from your phone for some time. This is exactly what I was looking for. Thanks!!
The separation alert on the app could use some improvements. Would be nice to have an option to alert only the phone in case of separation and not sound the alarm on the card itself
