Paid Subscription, But No Relevant Matches
I rarely leave negative reviews, but my experience with this app was very disappointing.
The onboarding process takes a long time, with countless questions about your values, lifestyle, and spouse preferences. You naturally assume that all of this information will be used to provide high-quality, compatible matches. Unfortunately, that wasn’t my experience.
After paying for a subscription, I waited nearly 20 days and received only three matches. Two of them did not meet one of my clearly stated non-negotiable preferences (wearing hijab), and the third was from another country, even though I was looking for someone in the United States. Calling these “potential matches” doesn’t make sense when they ignore the basic preferences I specifically provided.
Another issue is transparency. The App Store listing doesn’t make it obvious that many of the app’s core features require a paid subscription. Users spend a significant amount of time completing the profile, only to discover at the end that they need to pay. After investing both time and money, I expected much better results.
I’ve used other Muslim matrimonial apps that provide more relevant matches and better value. Based on my experience, this app did not meet my expectations, and I can’t recommend paying for a subscription unless the matching system becomes much more accurate and transparent.

Cancellation is so difficult
They randomly send you a match each drop and the same unserious ppl on other apps. Some matches don’t even reply. The worst part is you won’t easily cancel your subscription abd they’ll keep charging your card. Even canceling the card with your bank won’t work. Very disappointed with this experience.

Terrible app
App is genuine trash. You pay, then they won’t show you any matches for a couple weeks. Finally they show you one (because if they don’t you can ask for a refund), and it’ll be someone in another country who fits zero of your requirements.
It was a total waste of time. Don’t bother, use one of the bigger apps instead.

Good App
I like the fact that the app is user friendly and well organized.
Member feedback
I have subscribed to this app for three months and I didn’t get any referrals at all. It seems like they didn’t even try to find any matches for me. Very disappointing in the level of service and unprofessionalism . I don’t want to call it a scam , but I will give my feedback to my masjid leadership so the rest of the community gets more informed about this app.
