Not As Good As The Yodel App
Gives out wrong information..
I downloaded the app because the Yodel one has now ceased. This is one has been ok but not as good. Today I checked and it’s said that my parcel was due to be delivered between 1.25pm and 3.25pm. It was around 3ish when I thought I would use the ‘chat’ option on the app just to check it was coming. The bot Mat (one t) couldn’t help so I was passed to a person. He told me that the time given was the time the courier who had picked the parcel up from the sender would get the parcel to the delivery depot??? Why does that have to be on a customers tracking? He then told me that my parcel was due to be delivered on the 7th Sept. Today is the 4th. He was being a bit rude to me, he said he could see what I could and that it didn’t say it was due to be delivered today? Even though I had screenshotted what I could see. Be careful people because when it says it’s due to be delivered today that may be in another five days. This app needs sorting out and be clearly worded. Rubbish app not fit for purpose atm.

Easy convenient service with lots of options for pick up and very reasonable postage costs 😍
Useless app that doesn’t support drivers who get lost or customers who want to redirect their parcel
All of the normal features that one would expect from a courier aren’t accessible via the app. I’ve only been able to change and redirect orders to a locker by using the InPost website, the app only lets you track it or give it a nickname.
Recently a driver wasn’t able to find my address, and all the app said was “address issue, contact us”, it’s such a bare bones app that has no helpful features at all.
The customer support team seem to be helpful when you get through to them, but the robotic chatbots that answer the calls first are such a nightmare. Why tf do you have fake office chatter and typing noises in the background?! Does anyone who implements that stupid stuff think customers like a chatbot pretending they’re in an office? It’s so stupid.

So inconvenient
This yodel used to have a tracking on how long or where the courier is, but this one doesnt. Do you know how frustrating it is to wait for a parcel for 2hours when you badly want to sleep? I had it delivered because I dont have the time to buy it myself but here right now im thinking that this is the most inconvenient ever. I hope my next parcel doesnt come through here.

Was forced to download this dodgy app by yodel just to track a parcel as it wouldn’t show me the proof of delivery online but even after downloading it and putting my details in, it still won’t show the proof of deliveries.
Missing address
No manual entry of the address. It’s a huge problem when you can’t specify, and the list only includes building numbers.
