About

INR Tracker is a personal logbook for people taking warfarin. It records the INR results, doses, vitamin K, activity, and events you enter, and shows them back to you as lists, charts, and a printable report — nothing more. What you can record - INR test results, with the date - Your warfarin dose schedule as a weekday pattern, and which doses you actually took — the weekly total is worked out automatically from what you enter, never typed in separately - Vitamin K intake, from a food reference list or as a precise figure you enter yourself - Physical activity — type, duration, and intensity - Body weight and alcohol units, one figure per day - Other health events, such as a new or stopped medication, illness, or a change in weight, as a dated entry Vitamin K foods Browse the app's list of 105 foods, with the vitamin K1 figures USDA FoodData Central holds for each, per portion and per 100 g, by category or with the most vitamin K per portion first. Reminders Set your own schedule for test reminders and clinic-report reminders. Reminders fire on the schedule you set. Charts and a timeline See your recorded readings, doses, vitamin K, and activity laid out on shared timelines you can read side by side. You see exactly what you entered — nothing is scored, labelled, or rated. One time range sets every chart but consistency, which always shows 12 weeks. A report for your clinic Generate a printable PDF of your recorded data to bring or send to your clinic, and mark reports as sent. Your data, on your device Everything you record is stored encrypted on your device. There is no account, no cloud sync, and no advertising or analytics tracking of any kind. Export a backup any time, encrypted if you give it a passphrase, and restore it later. Photos you attach are stored encrypted on your device too, with location data removed, and are included in the backups you make. Workouts and weight you import from Apple Health are stored the same way: the app reads them only while you use Import from Health, never writes anything to Apple Health, and never sends them to us or anyone else; they leave your device only in a backup, export or report you make. When you scan your meter, the photo is read on your device by Apple's built-in text recognition and is not kept. What this app does not do This app records what you enter. It does not calculate a dose, interpret a result, or predict an outcome. It does not check for drug interactions. Decisions about your dose and your care are your clinic's, not the app's. INR Tracker is not a substitute for professional medical care and is not a medical device. Your INR timeline chart is free. A one-time purchase unlocks five further charts — weekly dose, vitamin K and activity on shared timelines with it, plus consistency and an INR range summary — two charts that put your recorded weight and alcohol units on a timeline with your INR, importing workouts and weight from Apple Health (read only, while you use the import screen), a "since your last report" summary with a detailed clinic email, the PDF clinic-report export, a printable dose calendar (a month of planned doses from your recorded schedule), an annual logbook (a year of your records, month by month), photos attached to INR readings, dose schedules and health events (a meter display or a clinic dose letter, for example), scanning your meter's display with the camera to fill in an INR reading, which you check and save yourself, a home-screen widget with today's dose, your next test day and the days until your next clinic report, matching lock-screen widgets that never show the dose amount, and Siri requests to log today's dose or an INR reading, which the app asks you to confirm before anything is recorded. The lock-screen widgets and Siri requests need iOS 16 or later. Recording (weight and alcohol included), reminders, the Vitamin K foods list, emailing a reading to your clinic, and full backup/restore are free, always.

What's New in INR Tracker

1.8.0

November 2, 2026

The iPhone look INR Tracker now looks and works like an iPhone app, in the same colours as before. Text is set in the iPhone's own typeface, and most icons are Apple's. The new look adds and removes no feature, and nothing you have recorded changes. Today, Trends, Diary and Settings Each tab opens with its name in large type, which moves into the bar at the top of the screen as you scroll. On Today, the date sits under the name. Controls Buttons, switches, the slider on Trends, the INR keypad's keys and the controls that choose between options are the iPhone's own. Each text box has its label above it. Dates and times are chosen on wheels: tap Done to keep your choice, or tap outside the wheels to leave it as it was. On Clinic reports, Upcoming and History sit in one control under the bar, and adding a photo offers Take a photo and Choose from library from the bottom of the screen. Sheets and messages Every sheet now opens as a card over the screen. Drag one down, or tap Cancel at the top where there is one, to close it without saving. Messages, such as the one with Undo after you delete an entry, now drop in from the top of the screen; swipe one up to clear it. Larger text With a larger text size set on your iPhone, more of INR Tracker now reads whole. Where a date, a time or Change would not fit beside its label, it moves to the line below rather than breaking a word. On a clinic report, pairs of buttons sit one above the other when their labels would not fit side by side. In Customise Trends, a switch moves under its chart's name when the two would not fit on one line, and in Target range the low and high boxes sit one above the other. When the types of health event would not fit as buttons, they become a list. Icons in Quick add, on Diary and on the unlock screen grow with the text, up to twice their size. In Email options, the note under the choices scrolls with them, so the choices have more of the screen. Clinic reports Email clinic and Email options now wait until a reading is linked to the report, as Share PDF report does, so the email always carries your INR result. A report with no reading, not yet marked as reported, can now link one from its own screen: a reading from up to three days before the due date, or any day since. Nothing new is paid. Recording, reminders, the INR timeline, the plain clinic email, the Vitamin K foods list and full backup and restore stay free. Everything you record is still kept encrypted on your device.
