Worst quality and service
Ordered a king size bed and one side table from this website, the side table received was broken and from the past one month, they are saying that carpenter will be visiting my home for repairing the damage table, but resolution has still not been done and the quality of the bad is also bad. Fit and finish is not good.

Saraf is a fraud company which takes advance from customers and don’t deliver products and will also not refund amount. Pls do proper research before ordering from them.

Frauds
Never ever buy from this company. Its been 3 months (placed in Aug 2023) since I placed my order. No confirmation of delivery yet. Every time you call I get a new date. And not ready to refund or cancel the order. Total Fraud!

I cannot put a negative that’s y forced to put a one star. But this is a post for all to please be careful. It’s a complete scam and disgusting customer care. They proudly speak of Shesham woodwork and quality but it is pathetic. I bought a pooja which was of very poor quality for the amount they charged. Also was delivered 3 weeks later than the date mentioned.But that’s still ok. It can happen . What was worse is on emailing them on the same day of delivery of the return they have just ignored after the auto reply. Even on calling them they spent a week telling someone will get in touch. And finally said nothing can be done. They are playing a very bad game and I’m highly disappointed with this. They said I can’t return the product because their team took more than two days to reply. They have still not sent any official mail regarding the same and have literally ignored my issue. I am taking them to consumer court for this scam procedures they have. Rest of you pls be careful and I strongly urge you to not waste time with this company.

Poor service and finishing is not proper
Ordered a king size bed from INSARAF, received it after almost a month but now in proper condition(plywoods are bigger, not fitting properly, central support is also big) fake assurance from customer care side, they keep saying technician is assigned, but still no call or visit to fix the issue. I placed a order for consular table. Until the order is placed customer care was attending my calls , after the payment is made no one is attending my call nor replying to my message on what’s app . They are not updating about my order . Very bad experience. Stay away from this app . Fraud

King Size Bed, model : “solid wood imperia” was ordered on 23rd July, it’s been more than a month & not a single communication informing about the delivery timelines #INSF493232133

We bought the furniture of worth rs 151000-/ they sold us damaged, without proper finishing with scratches all over the furniture and now they are not ready to replace it or return the money fake people
Fraud company
This is out and out fraud company. They supply refurbished furniture by polishing them to look new. I purchased a dining table whose top was cracked. They excused by saying it is in the nature of wood that these cracks are appearing. I some how believed and ended up buying a sofa. To my horror it’s back was broken on delivery and they refused to replace it. Offered to nail the broken parts and polish instead. Still the carpenter confirmed that the repair will be visible and will never be like new. Imagine supposedly a new piece of furniture is supplied in this condition.
I’m contemplating legal action, anyone who wish to join are welcome, will only strengthen the cases against the fraud company. Do contact or message on 8879667524.

Pathetic Service
I am so so unhappy with insaraf, I have ordered dinning table and TV unit on 13th March and still I haven’t received the products yet, being mailing to them and not at all getting any clearity on my products delivery, I have asked if you can’t deliver the. Refund my money but no reaction on it… such a pathetic and unprofessional behaviour… on calls also they sound so unprofessional
