Worst quality and service
Ordered a king size bed and one side table from this website, the side table received was broken and from the past one month, they are saying that carpenter will be visiting my home for repairing the damage table, but resolution has still not been done and the quality of the bad is also bad. Fit and finish is not good.

Saraf is a fraud company which takes advance from customers and don’t deliver products and will also not refund amount. Pls do proper research before ordering from them.

Frauds
Never ever buy from this company. Its been 3 months (placed in Aug 2023) since I placed my order. No confirmation of delivery yet. Every time you call I get a new date. And not ready to refund or cancel the order. Total Fraud!
